It’s time to free ourselves from society’s rigid expectations. We need to become free again by enjoying life and pursuing things that help us feel happy, whole and awakened, and it takes the courage to break out of the crafted social shell that the mind tends to reinforce.

The elite don’t want us to be free. They want us to be content, complacent worker bees who stock shelves, follow orders and pay our bills. They don’t want us to realize that we contain (and comprise) an infinite spiritual universe, and they’d rather force us into conformity and complacent acceptance.

The best thing we can do for ourselves and our planet is to be free. Freedom is our inherent birthright, and we aren’t meant to slave away at dead end jobs we don’t care about. We aren’t meant to ‘pay bills until we die’ as the saying goes, and we surely aren’t meant to accept all of the crazy standards society pushes onto us.

I had to tap in to add perspective of the current energies and how to utilize them.  First, I want to make clear that in this realm of reality, there is not right or wrong of how to tap into this energy because everyone on this Earth whether aware consciously of the transition or not, will be affected. It is unlike when we set space for a spiritual practice, where we smudge sage or say prayers, this alignment is so monumental all who inhabit this planet will shift simultaneous even if it invisible to the human eye. In saying that, I do enjoy thinking it is accelerating to be conscious of the energy transitions and to actively participate in the current of changeable energy. If you do too than please read on

Some souls have incarnated here to hold an energetic harmony which provides empathic support for evolving people. Others however, have come with the specific ‘mission’ to break down illusions and inspire change by the very energy they hold. Such people may be called “Spiritual Catalysts”. In the beginning, life for the Spiritual Catalyst can be very challenging, until we learn how to integrate the full complement of energies we have; and how to utilise that energy with gentle sophistication, but definitely without dilution…

On emotions: Imagine yourself sitting in a lawn chair outside on a HOT summer day…..it is hot even in the shade. The only thing you want to do is cool down. All of the sudden, a cool breeze comes out of nowhere giving you a bit of relief. Let your emotions be that cool breeze…..here and gone. The next breeze will do the same thing. You cannot hold onto the breeze, why do it with emotions? ~ Creator

Dear Ones, a reminder that sweet and tender self love and staying in the Now are absolutely vital to navigating intense energies such as you will be experiencing this week. All great changes are navigated one right Now moment at a time. Staying vigilant about your self care by listening to and honouring what you need emotionally, physically and energetically, is what will allow you to best harness the gifts of these times and minimize any discomfort.
