Great strides in healing are made when we decide the energy spent in resentment, blame and anger just doesn’t make sense to us anymore. This realization lifts a thousand pounds of toxicity off our back as we see the problems we held on to so tightly were all based in blame, and we stop trying to rationalize the irrational. Once we arrive at this viewpoint, we can begin letting go and set some real and attainable inner aspirations.

Unless you’re living on a farm in the middle of nowhere, chances are you consume at least some packaged foods. Food scientists around the world are always working hard (not smart) at finding the cheapest ingredients to extend shelf life. Unfortunately, their job is not to look out for your health. Many ingredients used to sweeten, preserve and emulsify foods also rob your body of critical nutrients. Here are the one’s to look out for.

“Even if you’re eating a well-balanced diet, you’re likely consuming some packaged foods, such as cereal, yogurt, and frozen vegetables, that are going to make you deficient in at least one micronutrient,” says certified nutritionist Mira Calton, who co-authored the book Rich Food, Poor Food with husband Jayson Calton, Ph.D. “The fact is, Americans are overfed, but under-nourished.”

On March 20, 2015, a small portion of the earth will experience a total eclipse of the sun. This solar eclipse will be the first total eclipse since November 3, 2013.

Even though the audience will be small, the solar eclipse will be one to remember and hopefully produce some spectacular images to share with the public. If you are in Europe, this is your prime time to catch a LIVE view of this event!

The Audience

The shadow of the solar eclipse will start at the southern tip of Greenland and move counterclockwise toward the northeast, moving by the United Kingdom and Iceland. The shadow will then move over the Faroe Islands and then on to the Norwegian Island group, Svalbard. As it reaches the North Pole, the shadow will leave the earth entirely.

LOL. We’ve all heard it stands for “Laugh Out Loud,” but on a deeper level it means “Live Our Light.” 

What does that mean? 
It means quit taking things so seriously! 

We stress about things that don’t matter and don’t serve us, and ignore the things we could be grateful for. Even some of my yoga friends get so serious about their practice and meditation that I often wonder if they are missing the point! Sometimes the deeply spiritual thing to do is to Laugh Out Loud and Live our Light. 

For example, yesterday I went for a run and dropped my uncased iPhone on the street. I smiled. In the past, a litany of swear words would have come out of my mouth.

What is meant by the term ‘Non-Duality?’

Non-duality is the translation of the Sanskrit word Advaita (a-dvaita). This refers to the ancient Hindu philosophy called Advaita Vedanta, the essence of which is: creation and creator are one (not two).

For thousands of years and in all great cultures this essence has been the deepest universal incentive for people to express their religious feelings, in many different ways and in varying degrees of comprehensibility.

Today, so many people are talking about non-duality that it seems that everyone understands that he is ‘united with his creator for ever’. But unfortunately, that’s not the case. Even worse, I have the impression that most of today’s non-dualists believe ‘non-duality’ just to be a philosophy of the ‘fundamental unity of all existence’.

This week we find ourselves at the end of a major astrological chapter, and at the beginning of a major new one. Since June 2012, Uranus has squared off with Pluto not once, but 7 times. Both these guys are transformation specialists.

Working in tandem, Pluto acts kind of like a building inspector, going through a high-rise building, entering every room from top storey to basement, inspecting, checking things off on his clipboard. Pluto likes everything functioning at optimum power. If there is anything amiss, anything not in alignment with occupational health and safety standards, anything a bit dodgy or untoward going on, if the foundation is not solid, or if the walls were created using low-quality plaster, Pluto will not hesitate to make a note on his bit of paper: Marked for demolition! Needs an upgrade and refurbishment!  Light wattage to be increased!

He calls in Uranus, the trigger-happy electrician/explosives expert. Uranus opens his coat and asks 'What do you need? I've got new wires for re-wiring, I've got sparks for extra shocks, and I've got dynamite if you want the whole shebang to come tumbling down."

Pluto issues his directions and the rest is, well, what is now your history of the last almost 3 years.

Do not allow yourself to become so jaded that you forget to see the person.  What your brain labels a delinquent, a drug user, a thief or any number of negative things is just a human underneath.  Each of you had your own path to walk and you do not know their circumstances, why they do what they do or how they are surviving in this moment.  If you choose not to accept the person within your current framework of existence, then remember to focus on the bright spark of their soul, something I placed there when they chose to incarnate here, and send unconditional love.  That way, instead of walking away with a sad feeling in the pit of your stomach and judgement clouding your mind, you have done all you can (and all that person is willing to accept) to be loving to another being. ~ Creator
