Western energy sanctions levied against Russia are already threatening to trickle down and compromise the energy security of the entire EU, according to the most recent reports.

Amid economic and political instability, ingenuity often arises. 40 miles west of Moscow lies “The High Voltage Marx and Tesla Generators Research Facility.”

Russia has long experimented both economically and militarily with Tesla technology, but now more than ever there is heightened interest in moving from tests to implementation. According to Russian sources, once fully online, the Marx Generator has the “power equal to all power generation facilities in Russia – including thermoelectric, hydroelectric, nuclear, solar, and wind power stations combined.” However, so far that potential has only been measured in microseconds. The following exclusive drone footage is the latest that is available of the facility. Perhaps the release of this footage is mere political posturing, but the principles of Tesla electricity generation do appear to be in place and bear watching.

You may already know that junk food is bad for your health, but you may not realize how bad it can be. A new study from the School of Medical Sciences at Australia’s University of New South Wales points to profound brain changes that junk food causes, making a junk food habit “more deadly than war, famine, and genocide”.

Say what? Yep, the food war is real, and though the UNSW study was conducted on rats, the brain changes observed matter to us humans. As mammals we share similar brain functioning in the orbitofrontal cortex, the part of our gray matter responsible for sensing and evaluating the pleasurable aspects of food.

What is the one thing you worry most about? We are sure you have taken a considerable amount of time looking at this issue many different ways, trying many different approaches to heal it. If you have done every last thing you can think of, rather than going around the loop once again, why not surrender it to Source? Why not say, “Okay, Source, I’ve done everything I could possibly think of and I’m still stuck. Please take this situation and resolve it.”

You see, if you have been going around and around the same issue without relief, it is obvious that the solution exists beyond what is in your scope of awareness. The most instinctual of all chakras, the root chakra or Muladhara is your survival center. It is the foundation of our existence, power house, keeper of past memories and the controller of life force. Your fight-or-flight response is initiated from this chakra.

Muladhara Chakra is associated with the element earth, representing physical and emotional grounding. The biggest malady we face is the uprooted, egocentric attitude in life, and the primary cause for this is an unbalanced ‘root chakra’.

If you are feeling depressed, insecure, self-centered, violent, constipated, pain in lower back and exhausted, then it shows that your root chakra is out of balance. A balanced root chakra is necessary to feel self-confident, more grounded, centered and calm.
