Most people think they know, but they don’t really – “know”.

Identification with mind, ideas and thoughts create a ‘pseudo’ knowing of people, places and things. This ‘surface’ knowing never touches the ‘essence’ of knowing.

Essence is the ‘source’ of reality and truth. It is the knowing ‘within us’, unlike the struggle of the mind to understand and discover reality and truth.

Seldom do we touch reality in ourselves, or another, and because of that, we know nothing at all.

Remember when the fictitious notion of “conspiracy theorist” was supposed to represent the lone wolf weird lunatic in a dark basement? Believe it or not, this stereotype character never actually existed. That’s right, the basement lunatic conspiracy theorist was a fictional character invented by government, media and Hollywood (X-Files).

The propaganda began at least a century ago, accelerated after the creation of the CIA and became more pronounced targeting American people after the JFK assassination as described in CIA document 1035-960. Specifically the techniques, which we see employed today all the time by mainstream media and CIA assets/online trolls, include:

How much time do we spend trying or wishing to be something that we are not? Probably a lot more than you realize. In fact, without this belief that there is a goal to be achieved, a state of being that is better than the one we are in now, or an alleged time or place that will bring us more happiness than the present moment will, our ego-mind barely has a leg to stand on. The incessant need to “become” something keeps our ego valid.

Think about it. You wake up in the morning, your mind is telling you are still tired, it wants to become the person who is still laying in bed. You’re taking a shower, you get hungry, it wants to become the person who is eating something. You’re at work, all you want to do is get off, you are preoccupied with becoming the person who is done with work for the day. You are irritated by a co-worker, you don’t like having such judgmental thoughts so you try to become the person who is not angry. You get the point.

On February 4, 2015 the attorney representing Monsanto and other “agricultural and biotech groups” showed up at our County Council meeting here on the Big Island of Hawai’i. She was here to sabotage our GMO ban, which was heroically passed on a glorious December 5, 2013. As expected, once this legislation was passed, the big biotech companies sued our county, just as they do every other county and state that tries to interfere with their poisonous profiteering.

As a result of that lawsuit, on November 27 of last year, US Magistrate Judge Barry Kurren overturned the GMO ban. Judge Kurren’s reasoning was that State law pre-empts County law in this case, and that lawmakers had intended the State, not the County, to have broad control over agricultural concerns on all Hawaiian islands.

Word is that Judge Kurren’s decision is unjustified, and that he bent the interpretation of the law as widely as he could to disavow our ban. Here is Earthjustice’s lead attorney Paul Achitoff discussing the issue with Hawaii’s council members.

LOVE EXCHANGE   There are many facets of love such as compassion, kindness and respect. Above all these is gratitude. Without gratitude, love is worthless. Love has a two-sided nature, giving and receiving.

When you send someone loving thoughts, they receive them in an instant. They may suddenly feel a warm rush of energy and not know why. It is important to send loving thoughts to all of humanity. Although most do not realize what is happening, they receive the blessing anyway.

Although it may be difficult to love those who trespass against you, these are your greatest teachers, for when you can love them, it becomes much easier to love yourself and all others. Choose one person that you find very difficult to love. Keep sending this person feelings of love, releasing your judgment of his/her behaviors. Know this person was created by the same Source as you and that you are a hologramic part of each other.

Be mindful of everyone around you. Smile and send them a burst of love, no matter what your history is with each of them. Find blessings in all events.

Throughout the day, send yourself loving thoughts, feel grateful for your body and the ability to be living on Earth at this time. Practice these things until they become habits, replacing old belief codes of judgment. Go forth, enjoy this day and fill it with blessings of love and gratitude!  Selamet!  Manik 11
