False flags and such

Thank you to recent commenters bringing up the topic of what goes on behind the scenes of our society. You are really giving me some food for thought here - not regarding the topics of which I am aware, but regarding why I don't write about them often or in depth.
I used to write about the political side of things, what the elite were up to etc, all the time until about 10 years ago, and had a radio show called TruthSeeker. The more I got into writing about energy, the less I wrote about them as my focus seemed to always want to naturally gravitate toward focusing on what we wanted to create, vs fighting the old. I know it's a fine balance between this approach and sticking ones head in the sand, and hopefully I wasn't doing the latter, but I felt there were so many other researchers doing brilliant jobs of exposing everything week after week so I let that part of my 'cv' go.

Study: Monsanto’s GMO Corn Damages Liver, Kidneys, Disrupts Hormones
More bad news out on GMOs. A highly controversial paper by Professor Gilles-Eric Seralini and his colleagues has been republished after an intense peer-review process. The study has identified serious health impacts on rats that were fed so-called Roundup Ready GMO corn.
The original study that was published in Food and Chemical Toxicology in 2012 found a disturbing degree of liver and kidney damage, as well as major hormonal disruption in rats fed the GM corn, and that the low levels of Roundup are actually below the amount permitted in drinking water in the EU.
The Editor in Chief of FCT retracted the paper in November 2013 after a sustained campaign of criticism and defamation by pro-GMO groups and scientists. But now, the study is out again...
Big Pharma’s Attempt At Cannabis-Based Drug Fails Clinical Study
GW Pharmaceuticals, a British pharmaceutical company, hoped that a new cannabis drug would have an impact on pain in cancer patients, but much to their dismay failed to do so in a clinical study. This revelation coincided with a 21% drop in their stock on Thursday.
GW was developing the drug Sativex for pain, but according to three late-stage trials found that there was no statistically significant difference between subjects receiving the drug and subjects receiving the placebo.
How to Improve Your Immune System with Probiotics

Catherine J. Frompovich, Guest
Waking Times
As a retired practicing Natural Nutritionist, Consumer Healthcare Researcher and writer/author in that field for close to 40 years, I came to the conclusion about probiotics, as discussed in this lengthy Public Service Announcement, a very long time ago. Back then—in the 1980s, I recommended a dietary protocol as best could be implemented without the means of a probiotic supplement as discussed in that public service announcement. My strategy was “eliminating the fungus among us,” what the video refers to as the “Vampire fungus” or Candida albicans.
Every client I ever interacted with while I was in private practice was encouraged to eat a non-sugar/non-fruit-filled Lactobacillus acidophilus yogurt daily, since probiotic supplements in pill form had not been marketed/mainstreamed as they are today. Humbly, I have to admit that I was ahead of the curve—as I’ve been during most of my professional career, which endeared me to vested interests as a ‘quack’, a badge of honor for many of us of my vintage. Although it may seem as though I’m bragging, I’d like to remind readers that now even allopathic medical professionals support and recommend probiotics, especially during antibiotic use.

Daily Message ~ Friday January 9, 2015
Not everyone is going to understand or support your path. That is okay, Dear Ones, because you already have all the support you require built in, in the form of your internal guidance system, your higher self, your guides and helpers, and the universe itself, that only wishes to support whatever you desire. While we understand it is nice to have the support of those who are physically present, they simply do not have the vantage point of what is right for anyone other than themselves.
What if the greatest artists of your time listened to their critics and stopped painting? What if your great explorers let fear hold them back? What if the great inventors of your time, at a low point, listened to the people who said they were wasting their time? What a different world you would live in!
You all add, each and every one of you, to the beauty and intricacy of your planet by following your own paths, your own passions, your own talents, your own purpose. Your contributions are necessary, and amazing, and offer so much more than you realize. To hold back is to deny yourself and the entire world. ~Archangel Gabriel

Need To Know
You do not have to ‘know’ all of what is transpiring on a conscious level. Be at peace and know that your soul is doing exactly what it should be doing at this particular moment in time. ~ Creator

The Pen Is Mightier Than The Sword: 28 Cartoonists Pay Tribute To The Victims Of The Charlie Hebdo Shooting
Source: www.boredpanda.com | Original Post Date: January 8, 2014 –
In the wake of the horrific shooting at the offices of the French satirical newspaper Charlie Hebdo, illustrators and cartoonists around the world come together in solidarity with the 12 artists and ordinary people who died in that event by doing what they do best – drawing cartoons that express their thoughts and emotions more eloquently than words ever could.
Their messages range from anger and defiance to grief and hope, but there is a common thread. It is clear that, in their eyes, the people at Charlie Hebdo have died as martyrs who championed the freedom of expression and of the press, which are some of the core elements of a free society.

Negativity and Spirituality: You Aren’t Alone

Written by Wes Annac, The Culture of Awareness
Some of us consider it our mission to raise the collective vibration by doing what we can to raise our own, and however often I’ve said what I’m about to say, I think the best way to avoid distraction or depression is to consistently embrace our creative and spiritual practices.
I’ve had trouble staying centered lately. It happens every now and then, but it seems to have gotten worse and I’ve watched myself get distracted and frustrated when I could be writing, playing music, meditating or doing anything else that helps me stay centered and fills me with the spirit.
I’m learning that our emotions might dip if we don’t stay dedicated to our passions. Emotion is a powerful tool that can be used positively or negatively, and those of us who are sensitive to the world’s harshness might suffer if we don’t keep our spiritual links strong. Not only could we suffer – our negativity could make the people around us suffer too.
