Deciding something isn’t a match for you is giving a loud energetic no. There is nothing more you need to do. You do not need to look for other people’s agreement, or to make any sort of point. The fact that something isn’t the right energy for you is a decision only you can make from your own truth and vantage point. You are the energetic expert on you, and the only one qualified to decide what is appropriate for you or not.

But once you decide what isn’t a match, you no longer have to be on the lookout for it, because that would be using your focus to invite it to continue as part of your experience. It would be giving it your blessing of continuation.

Your energetic no is a stop point to that flow. But from there you must withdraw your energy and redirect. You are clear about what doesn’t match you. Now it is time to move into the discovery of what does.

You might think of it as a maze. If you hit an energetic dead end, you don’t need to keep pushing against it. You can simply turn around and choose a new direction and experience. And if you don’t like the next experience, you can choose again and again, until you find the match that makes your soul sing.

The Universe knows that you may be tired of the current energetic changes and ready to get back to what you feel is your normal life.  You are being gently reminded that things from this point forward may not resemble anything you recognize as normal.  This shift was meant to change the very fabric of your existence. The ascension journey is a process of evolution that has its own divine intelligence. Not only does your body know what to do, you are also being supported energetically in the unfoldment of that evolution.

Just as there was no specific knowledge or action required by you in order for your physical body to grow and develop other than to provide the basic needs of food, water, air, and sleep, there is nothing you need to do beyond good self care in order to assist your body in its energetic process of ascension.

Be easy, Dear Ones. Trust the unfoldment that is occurring. If there is something you need to address in order to support you in your evolution it will come up into your awareness.

Please be tender and loving with yourselves as you are in a corridor of profound transformation. At this time, as most people are focused on or distracted by the ongoing and constantly updated news of the worldwide pandemic, many are very concerned and unsettled as their governments require them to stay home, or stay isolated, while the Coronavirus flows across the world bringing sickness and further anxiety to many.  It will pass, as epidemics and pandemics always do, but while it is present you do need to take extra care of yourselves, being aware of any message with which your bodies present you, and then tuning in to uncover their meaning.  Your bodies are well able to tune into the non-physical realms to access information that you are unable to access purely through your rational intellectual thought processes.  So taking quiet time alone to meditate, or just gently relax at least once each day is essential to your well-being, and by doing so you will be able to gain access to that place of peace and calm within, your holy inner sanctuaries, where Love resides.  It is always there, waiting to reveal Itself to you by way of a warm embrace that you can feel, whenever you release or quieten your fearful “what if?” thought processes and open your hearts to receive It.
