Now is the time to begin thinking of how you will choose to exist in the changed world.

Will you be happy or continue to be held back by things in your past?

Will you manifest the things you want or just continue to dream?

Will you be kinder and gentler to yourself and those around you?

Will you continue to be influenced by what others say or will you choose to forge your own path?

Dear Ones, we were recently asked what to do if you feel caged in. Our answer to that is to meditate or engage in any other activity that allows you to experience yourself as the vastness that is your soul.

Many enlightening human beings have a deep need for freedom and self expression. That need will become stronger as you continue along your journey. What is behind that need is simply your soul’s desire to express itself in its truth, expansiveness, and beingness.

When you align with your divine truth you step into knowing the true freedom of the soul. You recognize that your true essence can never be contained, which can bring much relief if you are struggling with anything that feels constraining in your human experience. Now that you have settled into your altered routines, it may be challenging to find the positive in all the negative around you.  The need for human connections, touch and communication has always been important and the lack of it has been affecting some of you very deeply.

If you could imagine a loving pet name your inner wise one has for you, what would it be? Now imagine if every time you talked to yourself or thought about yourself you started with that pet name. How would your self talk change? How much more loving would you be? How much more accepting of yourself would you be?
