Dearly beloveds,

I am Archangel Gabriel and I come with a message from the higher realms. Today we are going to talk about selfconfidence. My interpreter is smiling, because she knows this message is as important for her as it is for everyone else.

What is self confidence? How do you achieve this? The answer is fairly easy, because it is Love. Love for ones self. But it is one thing to say that you love yourself and actually feeling the love for yourself. On the road to loving yourself you may affirm to yourself a lot of times that you love yourself. However if you don't say this with all your heart, you will never achieve to actually feel the love.

Normally you are in your mind thinking and thinking. So let us take a trip down from the mind to the heart. Imagine that you are a small ball of light, wich is your conscious. You exist in that light, and the rest is your body, your ego, your mind. You are the actual light and you can travel within your body. Now that we are taking this trip imagine that you are descending from your mind down the chakra cord to your heartchakra. In your heartchakra is a door wich you can open, when you go inside you reside in your heart. Now that you are in your heart say to yourself: I love myself and I accept myself the way I am. Feel the difference between saying this sentence when you are in your mind and when you are in your heart.
