Healing begins with you.  If you are repeating your ‘story’, re-living the slights and gathering energy from anyone who will listen…this is not healing.  Bemoaning the fact that ‘no one has helped you’ is perpetuating a cycle.  The Universe has always been there; helping, guiding and supporting you.  You have always been given a choice to receive that assistant or move past it.  Look around you, darling one…change and healing is everywhere!  Take hold of it and begin!  You are ready! ~ Creator

There is a perception among many human beings that if you don’t have a lot of time to devote to something there is no point in doing it. This is simply not true!

Just as even a ten minute meditation can have a profound impact on your health and well-being, so it is with any kind of focused attention and connection, even if it is for a short amount of time. Practicing something you wish to get better at for ten minutes will still move you forward.

Writing for ten minutes a day will soon add up to a chapter, and eventually a book. Moving your body for ten minutes a day will still have wonderful health benefits. And taking the time to truly connect with your partner, even if it is only for ten minutes, will nurture and grow your relationship.

The benefit of committing ten minutes to something that is important to you is that it gets you started. You may find once you begin it feels so good you will naturally stay in that flow and give it more time. It prioritizes that activity, making it as important as the other many things you have going on in your daily life. It allows you to put your desires into practice right away, without the need for a huge commitment of your time.

In your world, there are many ways to receive information and just as many ways for it to be (mis)interpreted. Do you remember playing the ‘whisper game’ when you were younger? The original becomes twisted and gnarled, the feeling/meaning becomes lost and the regurgitated information is then passed off as ‘truth’. Today, The Universe wishes you continue practicing discernment. Each soul is learning and growing at its own pace and this, above all, should be honored. What works for you may not work for another. Express your truth…without judging others or allowing ego to govern your actions. Listen to your heart…without impeding another’s path. Think for yourself…know the difference between resonance and dissonance. Respect the whole to which you belong, however, only you know what is truly right for you. ~ Creator

People will often talk about what they want as a preparation or precursor to change. This is the first stage of transformation, the identification of a dream or desire. This is a wonderful thing!

The trick is to not get stuck in seeing it as a someday goal. Your dream has come into your awareness for a reason. It is your soul showing you the way.

What we want for you to understand in this year of exploring your sovereignty and supported forward movement, the time is ripe for you to make your dreams a reality. This means shifting them from off the shelf as some far off experience into something that you wish to water and feed right now. Remember that what you talk about is who you want to be, what you do is your declaration of self.

So examine your dreams and desires. What do you talk about most? How can you start to make that more of a reality? What action steps are you guided to take? How can you incorporate more of that energy into your experience right now? It may be something as simple as meditating with the intention of co-creating it, researching and educating yourself on it, or making the time to begin to create the foundation that dream can be built upon.

If you have done everything tangible that you possibly can to move into the experience of that dream, making sure you are surrendered into your highest service or experience, being open to any and all possibilities beyond what you can imagine from your side of the veil, and being willing to receive and move when the conditions are energetically supported is key.
