Today’s daily message came back into my awareness thanks to Milton Foster. I’m not sure when the original one was posted, but it certainly applies to where we are today and it felt like it wanted to be shared again, so here it is! :)

Dear Ones, many of you are receiving an influx of energy. This energy is high vibrating and spiralling,
a golden energy consisting of adamantine particles which you would identify as Christed energy. This is an up-levelling of energy, if you will, and profound not only because you are ready to receive it, but also due to the shift it creates within you.

Because this energetic shift is so transformative and sacred, it takes precedence over all other things.
This particular energy requires you to be awake but still in order to receive and integrate it. This is what has created the experience of the flu or other ailments that require you to rest for those who have been very busy and unlikely to take the time for stillness for themselves. For those who do make a point of practicing stillness, it may show up simply as more fatigue.

Different energy shifts have different energetic stamps, if you will. Some require you to be still and aware. Others require you to be still and unaware as in deep sleep. And others will quite easily integrate
as you go about the business of your daily life.

Sometimes, releasing the deep fears and secrets of your soul can be exhausting!  When a ‘layer of your onion’ is peeled back and gone, it may feel as if something has gone missing.  Where is the safety?  Where is the protection?  Who am I now?  Take a deep breath and know that whatever you have finally moved out and away from your energy, extra protection, support and love from The Universe is with you until you feel you can do it on your own.  Pick up and carry on, dearest one, your very own cheering section is right beside you every step of the way! ~ Creator

Dear Ones, as you feel things that come up for healing it is normal to want to withdraw for a moment. You will wish to cocoon, to self nurture, to be in your own energies in order to prioritize the shifting that is occurring. Do not allow this temporary desire to separate to trick you into thinking that you have not made progress or have lost your level of attainment!

As you are coming to understand more and more, the universe works in ebbs and flows. There are times where forward movement are supported. There are other times when a lull serves you best. Whatever phase you are in is occurring because it is exactly what you need to assure your empowered forward movement on your enlightenment journey.

If you feel the need to separate, you are not broken and you are not wrong! By taking the time to identify and honour your requirements and trust in the incredibly intelligent process of ascension, you will ultimately deepen your capacity for connection. By lovingly meeting your own needs without question or negative self talk, you will anchor the energies of unconditional love within yourself, which will then open the door for you to connect with others in deeper, healthier, more authentic ways. ~Archangel Gabriel through Shelley Young

Beloved, where are you going? What journey are you on? This time around for you isn’t likely your first time around, yet who knows and how significant is a question anyway? There are more meaningful matters than curiosity or stealth to account for.

There is Love Abundant. There is Love Abiding. There is Love known to stir your heart on My Behalf and on behalf of the Universe and also on behalf of yourself and others as well.

When you begin to heal your deeper issues, a huge amount of space is freed up for abundance in all areas.  Even though it may be painful to bring them into the light, great things can be accomplished!  Changing the way you think/feel may require going down into that shadow space to lift them up into the light.  Moving forward will depend on how willing you are to, once and for all, release the woundings of your past.  Although others may have told you differently, this is something you have always been able to do.  You know you are worthy and deserving…allow The Universe to assist and support you on your journey.  Remember, the only direction you can go from where you are now is up. Many of you have been taught to temper your emotions, which has diminished your ability to be fully present and have the full human experience.  You don’t have to be afraid of your emotions, Dear Ones, in fact, they are the only way you can discover the things you really wish to experience such as love, compassion, connection, and joy.

It is unrealistic to expect to leap from denying your emotions into fully feeling them. That would be overwhelming to you and would result in you further withdrawing into disconnection from them. So we suggest you start to get comfortable with your feelings a little bit at a time.

If you are uncomfortable, don’t immediately try to dismiss it but rather experiment with just sitting with your discomfort for a moment. Label it. Give it a colour, shape, or size if that helps. Just acknowledge it. You may be surprised that it starts to ease on its own because you have just stopped resisting it and moved into curiosity and acceptance of it.

If you are happy, explore how you limit that as well. If you are enjoying yourself, feel into the present moment and see if you can embrace it just a little bit more. Can you expand it?  Can your happiness turn into gratitude?  Into joy?

You have all come to accept energy and the role it plays in your lives. Your emotions are simply feedback of the energies you are in at any given moment. They are a wonderful feedback tool, as well as a beautiful demonstration of your humanity, and that is a glorious thing, indeed. ~Archangel Gabriel through Shelley Young
