Beloved, don’t expect a guilt trip from Me. Guilt is not wonderful. Guilt doesn’t help you digest your food. I do not ask you to harbor guilt. Guilt isn’t your friend. Guilt doesn’t serve you or anyone. I ask you to enjoy your God-given food. Be good hearted. Do good, yet absolve your heart from imposed guilt.

We see so many of you who are exactly where you need to be question if you are doing enough, if you are blocked, if you are missing something, if you are broken in some way that you aren’t aware of. While we appreciate your wanting to be diligent, this line of thinking can throw you into resistance to yourself, which in turn, slows the progress of the energetic process you are in, and creates unnecessary discomfort for you. Be aware that fear and doubt often lead to contraction and stagnation.

The way to take the guess work out of whether you are where you need to be is to ask yourself if you are surrendered into the flow with faith and trust. If you are, you can rest assured that what is playing out is exactly for your highest good, even if it seems like nothing is happening at all!  The divine combination of surrender, faith, flow, and trust, will always bring anything that you need to address into your awareness.

You may be integrating energy. You may be waiting for elements to come together behind the scenes. You may be in a lull designed to give you time to make a vital discovery that is required for your next great adventure. Or you may simply need to focus on your human needs, resting up or healing in order to be in peak condition when the next wave of action occurs.

Dear Ones, what if you could ease yourselves by fully embracing any phase through the knowing that if you stay out of your own way you will always be exactly where you need to be?  Feel what happens to your energetics as you consider that idea.
