Yes, love yourself. Stop looking for acceptance from outside. This hasn't worked for the thousands of years people have been on this planet, isn't currently working and wont work in the future. Love can't be found outside of yourself because what appears to be external is only an illusion. Love lies deep within, are you willing to look inside yourself? Most people aren't, looking inside offends the ego. Self-awareness and the ego are not compatible. In awareness we realize we are neither the body nor the ego/mind.

Our search for love from other people is what spoils most relationships. We look to our partner for happiness and when they fall we fall with them. This isn't love, but co-dependency. In a truly loving relationship when one person falls the other is there to pick them back up. Both partners are pillars of strength, together yet separate, helping each other along this path we all walk.

And now to address narcissism. Most of us have been told that loving yourself is this evil thing called narcissism. This couldn't be farther from the truth. Narcissists are obsessed with their body and/or ego. They think their body/ego is better than others and need confirmation from other people. When they don't get it they usually become very obnoxious. So narcissism is not really love yourself, it's still looking for external confirmation. If you truly love yourself you don't need confirmation from other people. You're free from the trap of co-dependency.

When you truly love yourself you'll discover what love truly is and you'll be able to truly love another.

From stories of reconciliation with long estranged family members to the horror story of yet another black op mass murder in the US, this holiday season on doorstep of the great shift in consciousness shows little change in the status quo. Human life continues as it has for a very long time. The only difference, perhaps, is that we have the ability to watch it all happen in media ranging from the TV to the Internet...and, of course, our personal lives. As for me, I do my best to tap into the collective consciousness and allow myself to feel what my human family is feeling. I have to admit: it's a very mixed bag with wide contrast. It's been said that the emotional roller coaster is just ride, and what a ride it is.

Twin Flames originate from the same soul that was created by Father~Mother God from the great field of unconditional love and
being. That one essence divided itself into two equal and opposite halves in order to experience form.

 

In the beginning the Twin Flames
remained totally united and existed as a trinitized expression of the Divine Source of all that is. But as the third dimensional experience
unfolded the twin flames separated into a system of duality and became two distinct forms, one carrying the masculine (yang) attributes of the Creator, and the other the feminine (yin).

 

Thus they are one soul expressing within two distinct bodies, both in the exact equal and
opposite frequency intonation.

 

Now through a gracious dispensation
granted by the Creator, the Twin Flames from all frequencies are reuniting again in order to restore the unity of all creations as they
undo and eradicate the consciousness of duality.

LUNAR IMPACTS TODAY: NASA's twin lunar gravity probes, nickhamed Ebb and Flow, will collide with a mountain near the Moon's north pole today, Dec. 17, at 5:28 pm EST. Get the full story from Science@NASA.

SOLAR WIND: Earth is entering a stream of high-speed solar wind. The source of the wind, a coronal hole on the sun, is shown in this image taken by NASA's Solar Dynamics Observatory during the early hours of Dec. 17th:

A coronal hole is a place in the sun's atmosphere where the solar magnetic field opens up and allows solar wind to escape. This particular coronal hole is located far down in the sun's southern's hemisphere, so the stream it is emitting is not heading directly for our planet. To some degree, this will mitigate its impact on Earth. At the moment, NOAA forecasters are estimating a relatively slight 20% chance of geomagnetic storms. Nevertheless, high-latitude sky watchers should be alert for auroras. Aurora alerts: text, voice.

With the 12/21 Solstice almost here, it’s vital that you connect with a lightness of being and remain in your heart. A lightness of being, after all, is required to maintain a high frequency.

The process of ascension you have heard so much about is directly related to frequency. In the days ahead of Solstice, and on 12/21 itself, you want to have the highest frequency possible in order to access a multidimensional state allowing for great spiritual openings.
