The divinity that you seek does not live in some far off land, only accessible by the holy ones. Divinity does not wait for you to have a perfect body, hair, day. Divinity does not wait for the day that you are hallowed enough to be in its presence. The Divine part of you has sat on the shelf for eons waiting for you to remember that the time is now and the crown is of light not  thorns.

THE GEMINID METEOR SHOWER IS UNDERWAY: International observers are counting as many as 50 meteors per hour as Earth plunges into a stream of debris from rock comet 3200 Phaethon. A charity has warned that cuts to housing benefit could make thousands of Scots homeless.

A charity has warned that the British government’s cuts to housing benefit could force thousands of Scottish young adults to spend Christmas on the streets.

The Citizens Advise Bureau warned that 4,000 people between 25 and 34 in Scotland will be around £2,800 worse off per year as a result of the government's massive austerity cuts.

In a Britain beset with Islamophobia, Muslims in the city of Blackburn have launched an initiative to gather donations to help the city’s food bank feed those in desperate need.

The food-gathering planned for Friday December 14 will be centered on Islamic schools and mosques in Blackburn and is part of a long-standing and regular fund-raising scheme to feed hungry people.

The organizers have asked residents to donate “non-perishable” food stuffs at designated schools and mosques on Friday in a bid to help struggling families across the borough.
