Beloved Friends!

We can do all kinds of spiritual practices. We can work with our body-mind to develop qualities, such as gratefulness, forgiveness, equanimity, kindness, and so on. We can mindfully construct shields around our body-mind or open willfully our chacras, inside and below and above our body, we can use Sacred Geometry and construct the Merkabah. We  can just be very busy, stressing the mind and our visions. Or we can worship Gods, Angels, Higher Dimensional Beings, we can work with Breath and the energies of Planetary Beings.

But when we are using the quality of Love it seems that it is a Teacher we need ultimately to surrender to. We cannot construct Love with our mind, although we can ignite a spark in our heart, that is waiting in  every human heart to be awakened to become a flame.

I am sooooo feeling this right now, and I know many, many clients, friends and family members are, too. I’ve posted before about Ascension Symptoms and Solar Flares, and we have had some doozies lately. People almost can’t keep pace with all the upgrades. I just stumbled upon a very thorough article from Removing the Shackles and thought I’d share, since things have increased in intensity even this past week. Hang in there! The Ascension Flu: The change is almost here

I originally posted this article way back in May 2012, but conversations I have been having this past week, (and the physical, mental, and emotional symptoms that have been hammering me) made me realize that it’s time to repost it.

The energies of change are a swirling vortex that is sweeping us up, to surf the eddies and flow of the tides that are washing over us and through us.

…and the ride can be a bit dizzying.

As you enter into the holiday season dear ones, take time to reflect upon all the gifts this year has brought to you, both with its highlights and its challenges. Have you learned more patience? Practiced more faith? Remembered more compassion? Have you gone deep within yourself and found hidden dreams, or perhaps faced situations in life with total honesty only to discover that they no longer suited you. For in this season of giving, before you enjoy the very beautiful experience of purchasing, creating, and exchanging human presents… and Presence… we want you to take some time to acknowledge the gifts you have given yourselves in all circumstances and situations in your life.

As you have all been made aware of, the changes are starting to solidify, and even if they do so in a realm you are not yet fully privy to, they are literally taking place under your very hands. Let us explain.

You are not idle ones, dear souls, as you are building your new world piece by piece, soul by soul as we have already stated. It is by no means a small undertaking you have taken upon you, but your eagerness and your zeal, and most of all, your sheer numbers, have already ensured that what you at the moment only have a small inkling of, will soon blossom into a huge construction ready to shelter you all. As usual, the words we use will seem to be less than definite at times, but we know that you have all started to feel into this reality so we give you these simple words in order to start to describe them for you.

DECLINING CHANCE OF FLARES: Big sunspot AR1618 is in decay, and it hasn't unleashed a strong flare in more than 24 hours. Nevertheless, the sunspot retains a complex ('beta-gamma-delta' class) magnetic field that harbors energy for X-class eruptions. Significant flaring is still possible this weekend. GEOMAGNETIC STORM WATCH: A geomagnetic storm is brewing around Earth's poles following a CME strike on Nov. 23rd. A second CME is en route, due to arrive on Nov. 24th. NOAA forecasters say there is a 65% chance that the second strike will trigger strong storms at high latitudes. Aurora alerts: text, voice.

Auroras from the first CME strike on Nov. 23rd were weak. On the Isle of Lewis in the Outer Hebrides, photographer John Gray knew just where to look--at the end of the rainbow:

"It was not a very strong aurora, but there all the same," says Gray. "I hope it gets stronger [when the second CME arrives]."
