Your soul embraces a human path for the purpose of ascending energy into higher frequencies. Sometimes your heart just makes noise, forgets about making music.
Reintroduce your heart to quiet drumming. Reacquaint your heart with peace. Your heart does not have to be at scrimmage all the time. Sit down with your heart and calm it.
