JPMorgan Chase Lawsuit: New York Attorney General's Suit Is First For Task Force
The New York Attorney General sued JPMorgan Chase on Monday, alleging that Bear Stearns, the troubled investment bank it bought in 2008, "kept investors in the dark" about the quality of the mortgage-backed bonds it was selling as the market started to sour.
The lawsuit is the first legal action against a Wall Street bank to come from a joint federal and state task force announced by President Barack Obama during his State of the Union address in January. It alleges civil fraud violations, which means that potential penalties will be measured in dollars, not jail terms. Nevertheless, the JPMorgan Chase lawsuit qualifies as one of the more significant actions taken by a law enforcement agency to date against a Wall Street bank.

A Cook County judge dismissed charges against 92 Occupy protesters arrested in a Chicago park last October, ruling that the city’s overnight park curfew violated the First Amendment and was being enforced selectively.
Associate Judge Thomas M. Donnelly noted that police had arrested hundreds in a crackdown on the protesters’ encampment when the park closed at 11:00pm local time, but had not moved against the 500,000 people who came to see Barack Obama after he won the presidency in 2008.

The Harvest Moon (full moon for September) of 9-29-12, highlighted the very powerful astrological aspect of Pluto in Capricorn, squaring (90-degree angle) Uranus, which was conjunct (within 10 degrees) with the full Moon. If any of you got a chance to go outside and see the full moon last night, you know how brilliant and glorious she was.
Pluto is the planet of transmutation of matter into Spirit, and Uranus is the planet of act NOW to choose to create your life OR be the victim. When the energy of transmutation (Pluto) aspects Uranus (choose or be chosen) from a 90-degree angle (our blind side) it is fortunate to have the full Moon lighting our way. In fact, this Moon was the Harvest Moon. So, what do we want to harvest?
When the energy of transmutation (Pluto) aspects the energy of our highest state of consciousness (Uranus) at a 90-degree angle, it is much like a rogue wave in the deep ocean. Uranus, our Ship on the ocean, is suddenly hit by this rogue wave from the side because the Captain of that Ship was not paying attention, OR the alert Captain sees the rogue wave and turns the Ship to confront the wave of immense energy straight on.
