Hello to everyone who reads this.

 

I received a very interesting suggestion this morning, presumably from my Higher Self, or maybe guide. It encouraged me to just "Be".

I was resisting. There was so much to do! "Just sit down and be", I heard. I felt silly, "it" felt silly. Finally I just relented, sat down, and gave my 'busy' mind the command: "Just Be!"

Now, I have to preface this little episode. For the past 30 hours, I've felt fear come up. I did all sorts of things to get rid of it. It faded, but was still somewhat in the background.
