The Extinction Protocol: 2012 and beyond

I recently saw a request from someone who was wondering about becoming "more spiritual", and they had come up with a list of various "shoulds" and "shouldn'ts", about what they were supposed to do to become more spiritual. It was a pretty standard list: no meat, no sex, no drugs, no modern technology, avoid conflict, practice meditation, fasting and discipline. All these things are pretty par for the course when it comes to mainstream ideas about spirituality, but is this really what it means to be "spiritual"? If it is, I'm not a "spiritual" person, nor do I want to be.

Seems to me that a whole lot of conflict occurs over the definition of words. Two different people use the same word in two different ways, and then argue over which one is "right". In some ways, both people are "right", and in some ways, neither person is "right". It's a foolish thing to argue over in the first place, we all see things a little differently. We should seek to understand each other without expecting the other person to conform to our own understandings.

Holy Cow Batman!! What a way to start a day, to start a personal New Year and to kick off a new decade of change and adventure. I have been reading my emails and facebook Birthday notes of Love for over an hour now. There is no way I can possibly reply to each one of them, not without taking a week off (smile) So let me use this platform to open my arms (you do the same please) and let’s have a big ole Group Hug!! I love and appreciate every single one of you so much. So incredibly much!! Thank you for loving me and each other that much too!!

Before I get into todays sharing, let’s take a moment and Let’s Dance together with the incredible David Bowie. Everyone, put on your Red Shoes of August!!

In less than a week’s time, we’ll arrive at Aug. 21, 2012, just four short months (and passing more swiftly each day, apparently), 120 days, from the date popularly agreed-upon as the day of our shift to a higher vibration.

I personally am withdrawing more and more energy and attention from anything that holds me to this Third Dimension, with its separative and dualistic ways of perceiving, valuing and doing.

Previously if a person wanted to ascend from one dimension to another, the “initiate” had to pass through many tests and trials.

If you read the Aquarian Gospel of Jesus the Christ by Levi, (1) you’ll watch the young Jesus pass through a series of rigorous initiations before being accepted as a master. If you read St. Germain’s The Most Holy Trinosophia, (2) you’ll be offered a glimpse of the trials St. Germain needed to pass through to become the same.

Lona/Rai: Hello Patrick we are glad to be co-communicating once again.

Pat: I am glad to be together again!

Lona: We do have some dimensional news for those that would choose to hear. The time is upon us to move from the inner to the outer. We mean this metaphorically and for us here within Gaia, physically and dimensionally.

As a light worker or any being that deliberately chooses growth, or for those that are non-deliberate or as is termed ‘under the veil’, in the creation of their life we have known that the outer life of a being is mostly a reflection of that which is inside, emotions and thoughts. This experience is neither ‘good’ nor ‘bad’ as termed. If one is happy within then there usually is an abundance of experiences and people that are joyous in nature within and without that person.
