With every negative emotion you release, you are allowing another equally positive emotion to come in and take its place.  You may continue to beat yourself up over past wrongs, shame and resentments you have carried with you, however, this does nothing except keep you in the same space when they occurred. Today, show yourself the love and compassion that The Universe has for you and let go of at least one of these things.  The only thing you stand to lose is stagnation. ~ Creator

Dear Ones, please understand when you release a large chunk of emotion that was attached to a specific event, it is not uncommon for other emotions connected to that same event to come bubbling up to the surface in what we call a cascade of healing.

You see, the initial release makes it possible for other emotions that sat under the predominant emotion to leave as well. Do not let this overwhelm you! It will pass quickly. This is just part of the process and an opportunity to well and truly release all emotions associated with what you are healing beyond.

Simply identify what comes up and allow it to leave, letting love flood in as its replacement, understanding that the release of density is what moves you toward on your enlightenment journey, and exactly what your soul wishes to experience. ~Archangel Gabriel

A sense of gratitude will lift your Life in the world. Gratitude will deliver great treasure to you. Gratitude itself is a great gift. Feeling ungrateful delivers woe. Guaranteed. Discover that for which you can be grateful.

Between your being good-natured or grouchy, which comportment delivers what you want? Which do you want to meet around the corner? Be what you want to meet. Don't be what you don't want to meet. Inevitably, it is yourself you will meet around the corner.

Stay in a state of flowing. Even the most agitated moments will return to calm eventually. Quiet yourself and allow yourself to become clear. Everything serves a purpose, everything must change…..it is what is intended. ~ Creator
