UFO / UFV's Close Monitoring left me drained on the day of the Spring Equinox.

This man John, from Bawsey Woods, UK takes videos every night of some of our Galactic Family right outside his window. Sometimes, he's has gone into the field to video our friends..I've been watching his videos for a few months now..This one is quite remarkable, but the message he received at the end of the video is very important...

He says, "Had some more strange experiences this evening, there were 3 ships circling me and honed in on me after I took a few pictures using the flash of my digital camera looking for Orb's and anything else. They came around me getting closer each time as you'll see in the video.
At the end I have made a comment to the outcome of their monitoring me, how I was left feeling, and a message I now believe was passed onto me.

This is the message:

"The energy between us and them is so different...their energy is of a higher dimensional energy, a higher frequency..he says, they, (our friends) say,.. "To hold on there, you know, the time will be soon, the time is coming, it's getting closer..it's very near, and, you're not ready yet...because your frequency is not raised high enough so you can integrate with us...that's why they're here to help raise the frequency of the Earth..raising the frequency of all mankind and all life that lives on this earth..and as soon as we have been raised in this frequency, this new frequency of light, then there will be full disclosure and then we will be able to socialize and integrate with these high dimensional beings, our sisters and brothers".
