If we are creating our realities, why are we creating realities packed with negative, painful and traumatic experiences? Why aren’t we just creating beautiful, wonderful realities for ourselves?

I’ll start by saying that we create our realities with our senses. We use our feelings, our sight, our smell, our thoughts – every sensation within our body contributes to creating our reality. In other words, your sensations are your reality. How you’re feeling is the projector through which you experience the rest of your life. If your projector screen is dirty, then you’re going to experience elements of that in your reality; there’s a frequency disturbance, there are lower vibrational manifestations in your life.

Our emotions and thoughts deeply affect us because they are physically connected to our bodies through the immune, endocrine and central nervous system. All the emotions, even those that are suppressed and unexpressed, have physical consequences.

Unexpressed emotions remain in the body like little time bombs – they are diseases that will flourish in the future.

Subsequently, every emotion that you do not understand or suppress will turn into a disease. In other words, the diseases that you now have are caused by your emotions.

A team led by Harvard-affiliated researchers at Massachusetts General Hospital demonstrated that meditation builds brain cells and increases gray matter in the brain. The researchers used magnetic imaging (MRI), and found that meditation produced physiological changes in the brain’s gray matter.

They noticed thickening in some areas of the participants’ brains after only eight weeks of meditation. This research was published in 2011 and it was the first documented proof that meditation can cause physical changes to the brain.

This research was funded by the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine of the NIH. The participants in the research spent eight weeks doing a mindfulness meditation program. During the trial, the participants listened to audio recordings of guided meditation for an average of 27 minutes a day.

Many people suffer from social anxiety, but it is often a subject that is pushed aside as many are embarrassed to talk openly about it. However, personal experience has taught me that social anxiety can be mentally crippling in many ways and negatively impact various areas of a person’s life. When in a social setting, it feels as if you are trapped in your own personal prison, and the words you want to say just won’t come out.

When seeking help from doctors, many are prescribed anti-anxiety medications that either do not help or have serious side effects. Luckily, researchers have found what appears to be a legit solution to managing social anxiety.

Study On CBD & Social Anxiety

In a study testing the effects of CBD on social anxiety, researchers administered a simulation public speaking test (SPST) to test subjects before and after taking CBD and compared the results. A SPST is basically a test designed to provoke a response in an individual with social anxiety similar to the one they would experience if they were actually speaking in public.

Start today by taking steps towards realizing your goals and taking care of your needs. Many are preoccupied with taking care of the supposed needs of others. You are solely responsible for your soul. Choose what you wish to experience and say, “No, thank you.” to anything that leads you away from your goal.

Take time each day to meditate upon the things you wish to experience. With the help of your Angels and Guides, you will be able to release the pain and suffering you hold so close to your heart. Tear down your barriers of protection and allow your love to shine and learn once again how to receive love. Do not be naïve, you still live in a world designed to experience Not-Love.

Enlightenment isn’t a race you run. You’re not trying to be first. You don’t win prizes for coming in first. You come in when you’re ripe to come in. Speed is not of the essence.

Look at the bigger picture.

If you are building a table, the first nail hammered in isn’t better than the last nail. Each nail serves its purpose.

And for those of you who are set on Enlightenment, you are not to miss the present moment. The present moment also serves.

When there are, let’s say, seven flights of stairs, you climb each step. You can run up the stairs, and you can go fast, yet it is not necessary that you run up the stairs. You don’t necessarily reach the top by going faster, nor does anyone cheer you for running up the stairs.

In any case, dear children, when you are ripe to become enlightened, nothing will stop you. Enlightenment is assured. You don’t have all the say. Enlightenment means a lot to you, yet Enlightenment is simply part of life. It will come in due time.

Enlightenment is like moving into a new house. You were you in the old house. You are still you in the new house. After a while, you settle down.
