 We are officially in a new cycle of evolution, one in which the Divine Feminine is coming in like a big Goddess lady riding a chariot. The Divine Feminine influence is one of strength from within, grounded in our bodies and our Earth, connected to knowledge here and among the stars that is ancient as ancient can be.

Yet even as I write some of what her influence is, her nature is to stop me and say "Don't label me. Don't box me. Don't define what my influence is or is not. It is whatever it is for each unique individual. Don't use me to give people yet another energy to follow or conform to. I am what I am, and each one of you reading this are who you are. Don't let anyone define you or give you rules to define yourself by. Define yourself."

THOUGHTFORMS ARE VIBRATIONS All things on earth carry a unique energetic signature pattern or frequency. The frequencies of love and light are very high. As can be expected in your world of polarity, the opposite, the frequency of fear and darkness are very low. The earth itself resonates at a frequency that must be compatible with her inhabitants, or else life cannot be sustained. Emotions resonate at specific frequencies, just like material objects. Your Masters know of this.

Those such as Gandhi and Mother Teresa focused on peace, not on anti-war protests. They knew that by focusing on “not war,” it strengthens the frequency of war. By focusing on “peace,” the same activist is now resonating in the frequency of peace, the opposite of war. You cannot be peaceful and yelling about peace at the same time. Negative thought forms glop together due to the law of attraction; like attracts like. Positive thoughtforms simply flow in, around and through all things. It all has to do with vibrations.

Negative thoughtforms have low frequencies. They are like a thick paste. Consider the making of a papier-mâché piñata. Bits of paper are layered one by one and held together with paste. Each layer makes the piñata stronger. In the beginning, the first layer of paper was quite flimsy. However, after you have added several layers of paper and paste, it will take a bat and quite a bit of effort to break the piñata.

I woke up this morning feeling inexplicably happy… with a ‘little kid looking forward to a fun day’ spirit. What happened? Circumstances haven’t changed, but then again who knows?

Some people say we do dimensional jumping, and there are many dimensions to slip into, all with a different feel, which would explain some of our mood changes. If that’s the case, I’ve been in one of the ‘everything is divine’ versions of my life.

Or, it could be the lingering effect of a heavenly night in the dream world. Maybe I met up with my sweetheart and we had a goooood-time. Or maybe I saw, in my dreams, that love conquers all, and it all works out for all of us, to our highest good, and heaven never left, and hell never came, and we’ve just been engaged in the ‘Evolve’ movie series, this one entitled, Humans Bring God Home.

Even the most balanced and connected people go through periods of stress, difficulties and struggles. Here are some thoughts to remember when you’re going through tough times, from my perspective as a psychologist and also as someone who has had my fair share of ups and downs. I hope it helps!

1. You Are Loved

If you feel like you are wading through darkness right now, the first thing I want to tell you is that YOU ARE NOT ALONE! Even if it feels like you are completely alone, you are not. You are loved, and there ARE people in this world who love and care about you.

I don’t even know you, and I love you because you are part of my human family. The same spark of light that animates me also animates you and every other living creature. Someone told me once that Namaste means “the light within me recognizes the light within you” – and even if you do not feel that light within yourself right now, it is still there and the people around you can recognize it.
