Although I have been writing about essential oils for quite some time now, I still get emails asking how to get started and, more specifically, how to use them. So today I call upon Backdoor Survival contributing author Rebecca Schiffhauer to help explain how to apply essential oils to derive health and wellness benefits for those who are just getting started on the EO journey.

For me, I became interested in aromatherapy in the early ’90s and studied everything I could get my hands on to learn about the therapeutic values and applications of essential oils. Taking things one step further, it was a simple recipe from Valerie Worwood’s book The Complete Book of Essential Oils and Aromatherapy that really clinched the deal. I was having some serious issues with the tendons in my wrist, and I used her healing formula that included lavender, rosemary, and peppermint oils to relieve my pain and suffering.

As a former finance broker, my realization that all bank loans are fraudulent didn’t just lead to my immediate departure from the industry, it also quickly brought some of life’s deep questions to the surface.

In a recent article I shared how, as a former Finance “Professional”, I initially became aware of one of the world’s control structures of modern slavery (yes, there are more than one). I also detailed the way events have played out through the seemingly (on the surface) iron-clad structures of the “lending” industry and legal system, since I sought substantiation in my own financial affairs.

Today, I will detail why, and answer the question “But you got the money and the benefit, didn’t you?” – the most important question (and answer) in our awakening to the reality of finance and banking slavery.

One of the most beautiful and uplifting things you can do for yourself as a human being is to bless yourself with the light from the sun. Just take a moment, to open your heart centre and face the sun, intending to absorb the many gifts of that light. The sun has many more healing properties than you are aware of!

Since you are a being of light, you might consider it a way of recharging yourself, of being cleansed, of being reset into your optimum energetic state. Take a moment of communion and appreciation while you are in that open and receiving space, and you will be surprised at how wonderfully buoyed and supported you feel. ~Archangel Gabriel

Cymatics is the study of sound and vibration made visible, normally on the surface of a plate, diaphragm or membrane. Direct ocular viewing of vibrations involves exciting inorganic matter such as particulate matter, which pastes both magnetic and non magnetic, and liquids under the influence of sound. Although, recent research has extended the range of media to include organic matter 1 and the range of viewing has been extended to include the light microscope.

The generic term for this field of science is the study of ‘modal phenomena, named ‘Cymatics’ by Hans Jenny, a Swiss medical doctor and a pioneer in this field. The word ‘Cymatics’ derives from the Greek ‘kuma’ meaning ‘billow’ or ‘wave,’ to describe the periodic effects that sound and vibration has on matter.

A very pivotal point in the Pluto–Capricorn cycle is being called into our collective awareness and a radical shift in our spiritual awakening is taking place.

Up until this point in time, the awaking experience has lead us to feel very shaken up. We have experienced deep internal changes that have led us to begin dramatic life changes. Much of the past month has been about re-integrating one’s awakened self-back into the social (physical) realm, but is has also being about embodying the new higher aspects of our spiritual selves.

Now, much of the recent months’ events will begin to make more sense as we realize we have each begun a new spiritual journey. As the 2015 timeline unfolds in front of us, an invitation to emergence is on the table. We are half way through the Pluto–Capricorn cycle and although we may be feeling that the end is nowhere in sight, this (temporary) feeling is currently cloaking the huge collective change that has already happened this cycle began back in 2008.

Much of the time you are using a microscope in your view of life on Earth. Incorporate a telescope into your vision. Add to your view. Take a look at the big picture. Look at a wide swath of life. You will gain greater insight. You will not be so caught up with one portion of life. You will gain greater insight and a greater outlook and vision.

It is not the end of the world when your child flunks a test. Surely, you must know that. Yet, in your household, what you make of a flunked test may be seriously disproportional. You may make way too much of it. It’s unwise to make too much of anything.

This is what most of My children on Earth are doing all the time. Oh, that scratch on your new car. That car, no matter how beautiful and new as it is now, is going to wind up in a junk yard. How world-shaking is that scratch now really? If you want to be upset by something, there are bigger fish to fry.

Please understand. When I say, even when you are on the verge of your body’s dying, I mean to put it all in place for you. It’s not really the big deal it so overwhelmingly seems to be. I am not diminishing your feelings. Death simply isn’t the tragedy everyone thinks it is. Nothing tragic has happened. That something is tragic is your idea. That you don’t want this to happen, I am well aware.
