Trying to live your life while out of alignment is much like trying to play a chess game when you can only view the board from eye level. It can be very difficult to see what is the best move from such a vantage point. When you are in alignment, you are accessing your higher self, your guides and helpers, who can see the entire board, all of the potentials, and which moves will help you reach your goal.

In 2012 The Toronto Star published an article titled ADHD Drugs Suspected Of Hurting Canadian Kids. Recently, CBC Health News released an article titled ADHD Drugs To Add Suicide Risk Warnings. Dr. Eldon Dahl, ND responded to the contents of both of these articles in an essay which he wrote titled “ADHD: We Have Not Properly Diagnosed This Condition.”

When medical treatment for ADHD involves added side effects such as: strokes; convulsions; hallucinations; depression; and suicide, you have the wrong medication. These are very serious side effects for treating a not-so-serious health condition.

There’s a small island in the middle of the atlantic ocean, completely desolate from everything except for lots of water. The Island, named Tristan da Cunha, was first inhabited back in the 1810′s as an outpost by the British to stop a potential escape by Napolean. When that didn’t happen and the military were called back, a few folk stayed behind to establish life on their beautiful desolate volcanic island.

So on Tristan da Cunha live a small community of about 270 people who love life so much that when their island volcano exploded in the 60′s, their evacuation to Europe only led them to understand that their personal and connected way of life was way more awesome, and came back to rebuild it. (Yeah, pretty much all of them too).

The name of their town? Edinburgh of the Seven Seas. (no joke.)

So there is this eclipse happening on the 4th of April. And it is a full moon day also. I can already sense breathing getting faster for people who have noticed their own patterns fluctuate with the lunar rhythm! Yes, it’s a time when emotions can go all wild and batty, with the matter layered up deep within the subterranean realm of the subconscious forcing its way up!

It’s a funny thing… because the more you know that it disturbs you, the more you want to rein it in. The more you want to rein it in, the more it wants to explode. Full moon time is a phase that is replete with energy so strong, that the best asset in this time becomes the ability to ‘handle the energy’. You need to have space – psychic space, ready and prepared within you, willing to receive it. If, on the contrary there is emotional clutter, negative energy and ignorance or unwillingness to receive gracefully, chaos is bound to happen.
