Some of you may spend your time appeasing others, walking on eggshells, attempting to keep the peace or holding yourselves back for fear of being judged.  Stop, take a moment and really look at those situations with another’s eyes.  Is it really necessary to do all those things just so those around you will be what you perceive as comfortable?  The majority of the time your thoughts on this will be deceiving.
Why not be yourself? Dance in public when no one else is dancing, laugh out loud, smile at strangers (because they really are not strangers), be kind because you feel like it and quiet when you do not.  Be true to yourself because you are the only you you have! ~ Creator

Realizing not enough is being done to meet homeless peoples’ hygienic needs, these two friends put an ingenious idea to work and are now helping many people in Australia.

Sometimes the best thing you can do to help others is to assist them with the little things, which – believe it or not – make a great deal of difference.

Imagine being homeless and trying to get back on your feet – yet feeling extremely self-conscious of the state of your clothes when seeking out new opportunities. The two definitely don’t mix, which is why two good-Samaritan friends created a brilliant way to help the homeless re-gain confidence and also feel more optimistic about their situation. They did this by turning their van into a mobile laundromat to give those without an opportunity to wash their clothes safely.

Despite what you might think, fierceness, fearlessness and ruthlessness are all possible without resorting to violence. The world doesn’t need more trigger-happy militarized crackpots with nationalism and patriotism scrambling their brains into exploitable soup.

It needs compassionate, but fierce, Eco-conscious spirit warriors with the courage to challenge the powers-that-be, while also bringing tonality to an otherwise atonal world using progressively sustainable solutions that reveal how a healthier world is possible.

If sales for antidepressants such as Zoloft, Lexapro, or Prozac tell us anything, it’s that depression is sweeping the nation. But a new study questions the validity of most of these sales. The study has found that the majority of individuals on antidepressants – a whopping 69% – do not even meet the criteria for clinical depression. These individuals are likely just experiencing normal sadness and hardships that most of us experience.

In addition to finding that nearly two-thirds of antidepressant-takers don’t meet criteria for depression, the researchers also note how 38% of those taking antidepressants for other psychiatric disorders do not meet the criteria. These include panic disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, social phobio, general anxiety, and a number of other arguably fabricated mental disorders.

A radical shift in our energetic levels has brought confusion to many of us over the last 2 days. The expression of the expansive yang energy has shifted internally and there is presently a slowing down effect being felt. The new energetic patterns that have flooded into the collective consciousness since the start of 2015 have been incredibly expansive, and we are evolving at a galactic rate.

As we moved through the Pluto Uranus Square on March 16th the stage was set for a total transformation of our perception; a rebirth. The New Moon and Total Solar eclipse on March 20th was an even more powerful alignment, reflecting our process of integration and transformation that continued through March, as we stepped through a significant astrological gateway. Nothing ends, beloveds. Life does not end. Life does not end with the death of the body, you know that. Love does not end. Impossible.
 
There are those who say the world ends. Many of My children have lived through what seems like the end of the world to them, through Tsunamis and what-not.
 
Most are appalled to even conceive of the very idea that the world could end. No no, that cannot be.
 
The idea of dissolution of the world brings up a point I will get to in a minute.  
 
Even as you hear that someday you too will die, it is hard to believe. Oh, yes, your body will die. I tell you that this is no tragedy. The world is convinced death of the body is a tragedy. Otherwise, there would be no mourners and mourning. There would not be sadness. There would be joy instead that a loved one has come Home to the full splendor of Heaven. God is always.
 
For you to conceive that the world as you know it should end is blasphemy, even though you personally at a given moment wouldn’t choose to be here on Earth, even if you don’t much revel in life as you know it. Nevertheless, you are aghast and bereft at the idea of the world’s coming to an end. It is more than hard for you to comprehend this.
 
What would it mean? No planet Earth? No trees? No greenery? No oceans, no water? If the planet disappears, would all the people on Earth also disappear? Would there be no human beings remaining? Would all the beautiful books and movies disappear? Would there be nothing? And does nothing mean literally nothing?
