Dear Ones, simple advice for you as you navigate these energies of change. Release without resistance, knowing you are loved and assisted every step of the way. Allow the energies to help you in that process. Then embrace the influx of new energies that can then flow to you and through you. Focus on what you wish to nurture and grow, and allow all of those wonderful things to take root and flourish. Lovingly tend the beautiful garden of your soul, by considering releasing to be weeding, and receiving to be the water, sunshine and nourishment you require. Do you see? A couple of people emailed me a similar question last week about big changes that are happening in their relationship. One has ended a long-term relationship, while the other is in a good marriage yet has found there is a strong energy connection with someone else. Both asked if there were any insights that could help their respective situations. I've covered this topic in this week's Let Love In webcast, but here's my response in case you are going through something similar:

Essentially as one person awakens or has a "growth spurt", one of two things are tending to happen: the relationship (and partner) is called to shift to a higher, deeper level or one person shifts while the other doesn't (or they shift in different directions), triggering the end of that union, or resulting in an uncomfortable experience until something changes.

Take it into your heart that living life is not the same as running a race. Have you not had some sense of yourself as a choo-choo train that must crank those gears and get up a hill as fast as you can in order to mount another hill and another? There is more to life than this.
 
You don’t have to gallop through life, nor do you have to be a slow ponderous-seeming elephant either. You do not have to be slow-but-steady, nor do you have to be at a perfect in-between rate. Nor do you have to be the winner-take-all.
 
I invite you to live in joy even when there is a deadline. Deadlines are not a matter of life and death even as many experience deadlines as a matter of life and death, as though the world depends upon them, as if life itself is some kind of emergency.
 
To the best of My knowledge, it is I Who depend upon you. I depend upon you to sail and to fly and to enjoy and to work on this land called Earth I have set before you.
 
If I were to say that it is important that you enjoy, which it definitely is, you know I don’t mean to imply that you are to give up all responsibilities for joy. Joy is primary. You can be responsible and have joy. The idea is to take joy in whatever you are doing. Let joy be part of your life. Joy comes from inside. We have gone through this lesson before about where true re-creation comes from, not from outside but from inside.
 

Pop quiz: which is more polluted, indoor air or outdoor air? 10 times out of 10, indoor air in your house, office or apartment is going to be worse than the air outside. Indoor air pollution has been ranked among the top 5 greatest risks to public health by the EPA, and stagnant indoor air allows pollutants to build up and stick to the things inside of your home.

The things in our homes emit some nasty toxic chemicals, like formaldehyde for example. You can also be impacted by pollutants like pollen, bacteria, mold, dust and various outdoor contaminants that find their way inside.

CHILD CARETAKERS    We cannot overemphasize the importance of allowing children to make choices for themselves. In many situations, children are much wiser and on higher frequencies of love than their caretakers. Parents role-model what they have learned, extending their fears and myths onto children in ways that may hamper their productivity.

It is imperative to pay close attention to what you are modeling to them. Anything other than love and kindness is abusive and detrimental, although most of you are doing these things without intentionally meaning to be harmful. Any moment when you affect a child and he reacts with emotions such as fear, anger or hurt, look at what you said or did to offend him. It is one thing to protect a child from harm, but did you cause harm in the process of doing so? It is good to teach the child manners, but did you use proper manners as a role model in doing so?

Many children are forced to eat foods they dislike or amounts that are not fit for their bodies. In doing so, they often learn the habit of overeating. They are given foods with no nutritional value as treats. Their exuberance is met with disdain or medication. Their behaviors, words, thoughts, dreams and aspirations are often met with ridicule. Allow them to dream big and perhaps they will be your role models and encourage you to dream big!

So many of you are very hard on yourselves, thinking you are not loving or good enough. Let us assure you there has never been a time where you were anything but divine perfection in our eyes. You are brave, sensitive, beautiful beings! And how you love! You perceive you do not love enough, but you give love every day, through a smile, a touch, a desire to connect, tending the earth, caring for an animal. You are driving the shift on your planet, each and every one of you, so simply the fact that you are in the body in this right now moment is a powerful testimony to the love that you are. Start to see the many ways you express love and perfection, Dear Ones, because you are dazzling to our eyes and we wish for you to experience yourselves exactly as we experience you. ~Archangel Gabriel
