When we take note of the ‘feel’ something or someone has, we’re not talking about physical touch or emotion, we’re talking about inner feeling. Essence, state of being, resonance, energy, vibration… these are workable words for it too.

A consistent, long-term inner feeling might show up in the body or facial expression, it’ll be evident in those people and situations we draw toward ourselves, it will be complimented in a soul mate, it will be anchored anew with every significant change we make, and it is changeable moment to moment as well.

The relationship between a person’s ‘feel’ and their thoughts and emotions is quite intimate. We know that keeping our emotions in check and our thoughts positive is a means of raising our energy. Of course we want to raise our energy, and live naturally in a lighter or more refined state of being.

It is so important that you make decisions based on what feels right for you. So many of you have been conditioned to make your choices based on the hope of pleasing others, or avoiding judgement. If you are unsure of how to proceed, ask yourself, “If I didn’t know one other person on this planet, what would my decision be?” Whatever that answer is will be the truth of what your being truly wishes to experience. ~Archangel Gabriel

The matter of free thinking is important for us to understand because it allows us to become more aware of our personal authentic perspectives and to see how we may have taken on some opinions that were not ours to begin with.

What does it mean to think for yourself?
The first thing that comes to mind is how one forms their opinions and thoughts. How much of your authentic vision of the world was formed by personal experience compared to established thought and opinion formed by what the majority has come to agree on.

We all have thoughts/perspective/opinions that have been formed from imitating or agreeing with others in order to fit in or feel ‘apart of’ the whole; the point is how we use that perspective to grow.

Or should we say, “right side up”, because if there’s one thing we’ve gotten backwards on this planet, it’s our ideas about human sexuality. Needless to say, it is a touchy subject– pun intended. Very few people are able to talk about it openly and honestly, let alone use the proper terminology for it — so taboo has all of it been made by us. More therapist rooms than we could ever imagine are surely filled with people whose deepest issues come down to this common core, in one form or another. Yet the fact remains that sexual expression is one of the most natural functions we are capable of as humans — something that, in it’s purest form, is exceptionally uplifting, empowering and freeing — the exact opposite of what many on the planet unfortunately experience it to be.

Nothing is important, and everything is important. To the human mind, however, some matters are more important than others.

Death seems singularly important to you, and yet there is no death. I know this for a fact.

Even a tiny thing is important to someone somewhere.

In a desert, a blade of grass is a treasure. In other places, a blade of grass means yards of grass to mow and, therefore, a burden or perhaps a livelihood.

This goes to prove that everything in the world is relative. To many or most of My children, the idea of the world’s not being as you see it, is hard to swallow, for in so many ways you think the world is fixed and inviolate. You and the world are changing every moment, often back and forth, going here, going there, and not certain at all. Nevertheless, you think you know what is truth and what is good and what is bad, and so you judge every day. Judging seems to be normal for you.

You may agree that it is better to judge not, yet you judge left and right. You are certainly judging yourself and others. Sometimes you condemn. Sometimes you applaud, yet always you are trying to sift the world into good and bad, favorable or unfavorable. To live on Earth often seems like a double bind.

HJ: Occasionally focusing on negativity is almost inevitable and with the power of negative visualization, you can actually use that tendency to your advantage and to create more positivity and gratitude in your life.  This is an interesting technique to be able to add to the standard repertoire.
