The final frontier of spiritual awakening is releasing attachment to the personality. Examining the depths of this attachment is something most people do not want to do while they are alive. It is such a tall and daunting order that many would would rather be dead. The personality’s grip on itself will often not flex, no matter how painful. This is not sustainable in the long run. The tendency is to either rationalize away the existence of the soul as an inconvenient truth or to postpone dealing with it until conditions are more favorable. Big mistake. The soul IS salvation and it is freely available to each and every one of us right here and now.
Viewing the personality from every possible angle eventually shows that it is not real. What is real is an eternal presence of unsurpassable peace. The personality is an alter ego that is trying really hard to convince us of something different. We do need to be very careful and gentle for it will not hesitate to get violent. The personality swears allegiance to its assigned identity even after its cover is blown. It hangs on with the most subtle of attachments. It will invent lies to hide behind in order to convince itself and others that it has avoided detection. Ego is an imitation of something much greater. That something much greater is the soul.

A few days ago, elusive revolutionary street artist Banksy revealed the locations of the pieces in Gaza in Palestine. Inspired by a sculpture of Niobe, a Greek mythological figure, the first piece is entitled “Bomb Damage” and obviously with Banksy, the placement is just on point. Niobe’s children were killed out of spite and then in her mourning she turned into a stone that was constantly weeping.
Two quotes were enclosed with the images of the new stenciled pieces:

Swiss-made, 100% solar-powered airplane took off from Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates on Monday, March 9, 2015 in a first ever attempt to fly around the world in a plane powered entirely by energy received from the Sun.
On the same day, the plane successfully completed the first of 12 parts of its trip, flying from Abu Dhabi to Muscat, Oman. It was a relatively easy part that lasted 13 hours but the real challenges are yet to come; like the stretch from Nanjing, China to Hawaii, a 8 000 km (5 000 miles) journey of some 120 hours or 5 days.
At 02:35 UTC today, the plane took off on its second flight, from Muscat to Ahmedabad, India. This part is 1 465 km long (910 miles) and the estimated flight time is 16 hours.

Mindfulness is “the intentional, accepting and non-judgemental focus of one’s attention on the emotions, thoughts and sensations occurring in the present moment”, which can be trained by a large extent in meditational practices. The Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) published the results of a ground-breaking study that found that meditation appears to provide as much relief from some anxiety and depression symptoms as antidepressants.
Mindfulness-based trainings have shown beneficial effects on inflammatory disorders in prior clinical studies and are endorsed by the American Heart Association as a preventative intervention. The training provides a biological mechanism for therapeutic effects.
A study in Psychoneuroendocrinology by researchers in Wisconsin, Spain, and France reported the first evidence of specific molecular changes in the body following a period of intensive mindfulness practice.
Dear Ones, fast moving energies don’t mean you will lose your balance. Movement and momentum can, in reality, support your balance, only requiring subtle adjustments as you go. In fact, it can be far more difficult to keep your state of balance with less movement. Think of being on a bicycle. When there is movement it is far easier to keep your balance than when you are slowed to a crawl. NATURE SPIRITS All plants have Nature Spirits overseeing them. There are myriads of these Beings living among you. Their role is to assist plants in obtaining their needs. When you go into Nature that is untainted by human hands, notice the symbiotic relationship between plants and animals. There is always a perfect balance.
These areas provide enough food for the wildlife. The number of wildlife in the area is naturally balanced. Trees shade bushes, which provide homes and shelter for animals and smaller plants. Insects assist with the clean up process, breaking leaves into perfect food for animals and plants. Birds have places to roost. Bees assist with pollination.
Nature Spirits assist plants as needed. There are many types of Spirits who have been given names such as: sylphs, gnomes, fairies, elves or little people. They have been spoken about in myths and legends for eons. When you have a yard that is large enough, set aside a special area for them where no humans trod and invite them to dwell in this space. If they accept your offer, you will find that these areas flourish when left undisturbed by humans.
Most important to you and to the world is how you feel in your heart right this moment. Without exception, this is your gift to the world. Whether you hide what is in your heart or talk about it all the time, the truth of what you feel gets out there and stirs the world clockwise or counterclockwise. It is as if you are a telegram that goes over the wires. Your wire doesn’t have to be seen and read for it to be broadcast. It just has to be typed, and its message reaches everywhere. Like moisture in the air, it is just there. You don’t have to think about it. It’s just there, and it affects you whatever is written. You don’t have to be conscious of it for it to affect you.
There are many messages going around over the airwaves.
You also send subconscious messages to yourself. You don’t even have to know you’re sending them. And you read them, and the messages sink in. You may meet someone who is hard for you to tolerate for even one minute. Perhaps the person reminds you of someone from the past, and you stiffen. You don’t know precisely why you stiffen. All you know is that you are not comfortable with this person.
