HJ: On the never-ending journey towards enlightenment and beyond are stages of consciousness.  In this article, esoteric writer and teacher Montalk, describes the 3 stages of conscious awakening.  There are however even more, but for all intents and purposes these are the 3 that most people will move through in a given lifetime, that is, if they are committed to the path of spiritual growth and awakening.  Knowing what phase you are in can be very helpful for understanding what you are going through and making the process much more smooth and enjoyable, among other generally positive things.

It is imperative that we awaken from mundane awareness into full spiritual remembrance of who we are.

If you saw everyone else’s success as a sign that you were energetically lining up with your own, you would celebrate and support each other like never before. You would all shift your habit of talking about troubles and worries into sharing what is right in your world. You would move out of judgment and lack based thinking when seeing the evidence of another’s accomplishments. You would start to encourage and uplift each other, knowing that what happens to one supports the all, and your collective focus becomes reality. Setting regular goals is an empowering way to proactively create the life of your dreams, rather than floating along at the mercy of external events and circumstances.

Here are 10 key things happy people understand when it comes to setting goals and achieving their dreams.

1. They don’t put their happiness on hold until their goal is achieved.

Happy people know that life is a journey, not a destination. While they may have ambition and big plans in the works, they also pause to soak up and appreciate the present moment and all of the good things already in their lives.

2. They don’t see success and failure as black and white.

SMILE AWHILE   Today we have a simple exercise for you. It is called “smile.”

If you are reading this in the morning, then we ask that when you go out today, smile and nod a greeting to everyone you meet, making brief eye contact when possible.

If you will not be going outside today, send smiles telepathically to the people you find yourself thinking about, especially those you may be having any problems with. Consider taking a few moments to go through your address book and send a brief smile to at least twenty people.

If you are reading this in the evening, then make a note to yourself to remember to smile at everyone you encounter tomorrow.

Today I look into your eyes. Do you feel this when I remind you? I hold your head between My two hands, and I look lovingly into your two beaming eyes. Look into My eyes. You will see the great depths of your own. You will look into ocean-like pools of love, or you will look into the Dazzling Light of the Sun. There is a smooth-flow between Us. Whatever you may think or feel at a given moment, there is a lovely interchange between Us. You note Our engagement mainly when you have glanced away and then come back. You glimpse a contrast. You never left the light in My eyes. You have some awareness that it is impossible for eyes to look anywhere but into Mine, and Mine into yours. We are totally, thoroughly, continually, always, unceasingly looking into a treasure-trove of Our Love intermingled and reflected deep into each other’s eyes. There is nothing else to look at. We are all that exist.

As Our eyes are locked into each other’s, We gaze into Infinity and the Oneness of Love harbored within Us.

Another way to look at this is that anyone’s eyes you look into, you are looking into Mine. There is nowhere else to look.
