What a cool week in the transits. Mars moves into Aquarius. Now Mars and Uranus are in each other’s signs! Although the two so pronounced in the heavens together can result in what feels like a roller coaster ride that doesn’t end, a great deal of energy is available for technological breakthroughs and intelligent actions. Saturn, Sun, Pluto, Mars, Neptune, and Uranus are in consecutive signs as well, creating an interesting opportunity to integrate many of the various zodiacal energies into your life.

Aries

December 5 and 6 are good days for pushing forward your personal expansion and growth. This is offset by some potential negatives to be aware of on December 10 and 11; be aware of unpleasant past issues returning to the present. The emotional life is reasonably good on December 5 and 6, and then relatively tense on December 10 and 11. So very much a see-saw week, with the plusses at the beginning of the week. Just for Aries: ample preparation for various contingencies is prudent this week.

Taurus

Bayer’s Liberty Link GMO crops made to withstand glufosinate ammonium (GLA) herbicide are linked directly to autism-like symptoms, according to a new study. Even in low doses, both pre and post-natal exposure to GLA caused symptoms in laboratory mice.

Published in Frontiers of Behavioral Neuroscience, the study outlines how GLA, one of the most widely used herbicides in agriculture is harming neurological health.

Pointing to the findings of previous research linking herbicides and autism, as well as with Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s, the study explains that pesticide and herbicide exposure weakens the basic structure of the brain.

I talk to people all the time about their fears of being harshly judged. A number of people say that they won’t try anything new unless they’re assured of success, for fear of being criticized for not doing it as well as they “should.” Judgment leaves people feeling so uncomfortable with critical feedback that they reject all of it, even when it’s meant to help them do better.
