It’s been said that the greatest power of the human mind is its ability to focus on one thing for an extended period of time.

If you’ve ever held a magnifying glass in the sun, you know how scattered sunlight can be focused to start a fire.

Imagine if you could concentrate your brain power into one bright beam and focus it like a laser on whatever you wish to accomplish.

But most of us struggle to concentrate.

And when you can’t concentrate, everything you do is harder and takes longer than you’d like.

Late in the afternoon of September 4, after nearly 10 days of protests by a coalition of labor, indigenous rights groups and farmers, the indigenous peoples and campesinos of Guatemala won are rare victory. Under the pressure of massive mobilizations, the Guatemala legislature repealed Decree 19-2014, commonly referred to as the “Monsanto Law,” which would have given the transnational chemical and seed producer a foot hold into the country’s seed market.

“The law would have affected all indigenous people of Guatemala,” said Edgar René Cojtín Acetún of the indigenous municipality of the department of Sololá. “The law would have privatized the seed to benefit only the multinational corporations. If we didn’t do anything now, then our children and grandchildren would suffer the consequences.”

AWAKEN FROM AMNESIA   It is imperative that you clean out the cobwebs of your negative thinking and close-mindedness, for you are about to enter into a realm of unbelievable events. If you choose to walk your path gracefully, we suggest you begin immediately to start with the basement of your soul and work upward and outward to clear negative memories that keep you in fear and mistrust.

As you clean your interior, you will discover the door to unconditional love is in front of you. What do you need to clear from the path in order to reach it? What do you need to do in order to have the courage to open it? What behaviors do you need to change in order to walk over the threshold? What do you need to leave behind in order to live in a state of unconditional love and beauty?

Take time to go within and move into the deep cleaning process. Pull up your memories, look at your habits and face your fears. Have courage to change the way you think and look at what is occurring around you. Make the necessary changes to live the life of your dreams. Know that possessions only bring a temporary relief to whatever ails you. For permanent relief, try forgiveness and allowance instead of numbing drugs.

There is beauty waiting for you just over the horizon. The real goods are on their way to you. Good fortune is on its way to you. Privilege is yours, whatever form it takes. You are being chosen to rise to New Heights in Humankind. In Heaven as on Earth, you are blessed to be a blessing upon all.
 
Here is your purpose -- to serve God. Serve God and you serve All. The range of service is large. There is no limit to service even as you may not finitely know what your form of service is. With or without thoughts of Me, you have been serving Me. With awareness or without awareness, you have been serving Me. Sometimes you serve so humbly, you have no idea of the Vastness of your service. Of course, you don’t, for you do not yet know yourself well enough. You may well have dodged around yourself, perhaps preferring to see yourself on the periphery when you are My right arm. Regardless, you give your service, and I am served. You are served, and the whole world is served.
 
The world is turning over a new leaf. This is not a big production for the world. The world can as easily go left as well as right. It depends upon the direction you lean toward. The world holds not a chance of falling back into old ways when you set the world a-right. You are a balancer of the world. A seal may hold the world on its nose. You hold the world in your heart, and you serve Me and the world and everyone in it through your heart.
 
Your heart is well-disposed toward uplifting the world.
