Many of you are reluctant to love again because you’ve been hurt in previous relationships. You may feel like it would be foolish to let your guard down and love again. Dear Ones, what you experienced that was painful was not love. Love uplifts, love comforts, love accepts, love connects, love celebrates, love encourages, love unifies, love aligns, love allows you to experience yourself, in the most profound way, as a divine piece of the Source you came from. Once you get very clear about what love truly is, you will see it is not foolhardy at all to wish to experience any of those things! You are always wise for choosing love. ~Archangel Gabriel

CONSCIOUS LIVING From birth onward (and also from previous lifetimes) each of you has unique life experiences. Along the way, you make a myriad of choices. These experiences imprint in your memory, which are then stored in your physical and aural bodies.

Love, in all forms, whether they are thoughts, words, actions or emotions are free flowing. They wisp in and out, flowing through the Uni-verse, creating waves of sensuality and causing tides of yumminess. Fear-based emotions and thoughtforms, on the other hand, glop together, creating a dense mass that is hard to penetrate. Through time, this will destroy your health as they manifest in a variety of dis-eases. With sincere desire, you will be able to uncode these thoughtforms before they manifest physically. In addition, they must be eradicated from your aural field in order to not cause you problems in the future.

To change these belief codes, they must be unraveled, one at a time. At times, they’ll be like dominoes; when you break through one belief code, many others that were built on that premise will dissipate as well. What is happening within your body is that you are re-wiring the neural transmitters in your brain.

Take time to go out into the sunshine every day. And if you cannot go out, then be the sunshine yourself. Brighten your surroundings with your own light. Turn the light switch on. Where is your light switch? What turns you on?
 
It could be the moon and the stars and love in your heart.
 
It could be someone’s voice. It could be your child. It could be your mother and father. It could be a stranger’s face or the way someone walks in the street. It could be anyone or anything.
 
Consider yourself like a tossed salad, and toss yourself. Look at the beautiful colors you host. Look at beautiful you. You are a combo. I would order you any day, every day. I do. I see you. I talk to you. I sit in quiet with you. I love you. I loved you the first day I saw you. I saw you in My mind before you were born, before you were conceived. Yes, you are My child. I anticipated you before I created you. What a wonder am I Who Creates, and what a wonder are you, My Created. And what a wonder is everything I create. Tell Me, what one thing do I create that is not a wonder? Who besides Me could create a stone or a mountain or an ant or an elephant? Who could even think of them let alone bring them into existence? Who else but I could even imagine a human being and plop him onto Earth?
 

It doesn’t matter what name you use– fear, worry or anxiety it all means the same thing; you’re scared! The important question though is of what? Whether fear blind sides or creeps up it has the power to leave us all frozen in its wake at times and the capacity to completely ruin your day, week, month or even your year!

It’s essential therefore to take the fear out of fear… Learn to see it not as something to be scared of, but something that has a purpose and can be used for your benefit.

Firstly we have to understand why we feel anxious, terrified, panicked or concerned and acknowledge if the fear is in our head, clouding our perspective, or if our feelings are actually towards a real threat in our environment, so we can use this information and act on it.

Then we will no longer be slaves to fear, but masters of its purpose!
