In Colorado, voting began more than a week ago. Mail-in ballots began hitting mailboxes on October 13th, and early voting officially began. One of the initiatives that Coloradoans like myself can vote on is whether or not non-meat and dairy food products in Colorado should be labeled as containing genetically modified ingredients if any are present.

And this Coloradoan voted yes.

I’ve often said the awakening is happening at a fantastic rate. This has been met with some skepticism, and understandably so, as evidence of this catalytic process can seem unapparent in the barrage of negative news and the absolute stupor most people are still in. Our outside world only appears to be more insane by the day while the reaction of earth’s inhabitants seems to be minimal, even regarding their own openly threatened freedoms and very survival.

But I affirm otherwise.

I’m simply presenting spiritual realities at work that are actually more evident by the day. It just takes the eyes of consciousness to see it fully – in fact, to feel it. We’re learning to rely on new awakening senses and this is a big part of the process. Allowing those vibrations to surface in our hearts and minds and listening to them is the next stage we’re encountering. And then to act on them...

LAUGHTER IS THE BEST MEDICINE Welcome to this grand and glorious day! You are encouraged to take care of yourself and truly lighten up. Begin by laughing. Deep, hearty, belly laughs. Get your energy flowing. Work your internal muscles. This will energize you. Do this anytime your energy is feeling low. Although it may not be socially correct, do it anyway and encourage others to laugh with you.

When you have gatherings of a spiritual nature, take time to have laughter sessions. Rejuvenate the energy and get it flowing. Joy is the essence of your Being. Feel the joy awaken as you laugh with uncontrollable mirth. It has been proven by scientists that laughter is wonderful exercise for the internal organs. Laughter is the best medicine and it’s free!

When you feel sad; laugh. When you feel tired; laugh. When your energy runs low; laugh. Laugh! Laugh! Laugh!

Laughter from deep inside releases hormones at subatomic levels. It enhances awareness as you inhale more oxygen, bringing more creativity into your life. When you yawn, you are bringing in more oxygen as you relax. When you laugh, you are bringing in more oxygen as you prepare to be more active.

Everyone on Earth is a Divine Being. On Earth, you are also a human being. In other words, you are Soul, and you are also human being. You are Divine and you are also physical, and therein lies the rub.
 
Yes, you can reach far further than you imagine, and you can accomplish far greater than you imagine. Yes, you are a Super Human Being, yet you are not yet Superman who can leap tall buildings in a single bound. In a body, you get bogged down in time and space. Truly, you are beyond time. You are Infinite. This is not a new idea to you, that you are Infinite. Of course, You can accomplish far more than you imagine, yet there is a bugaboo called time. So long as a clock is ticking, there are only twenty-four hours in a day, and there are limitations put upon you. You are unlimited, yet on Earth, you are limited by time and space. In time and space, you can be too crowded.
 
There is no way I ask you to over-extend yourself on Earth. Exhaustion is not a virtue.
 
Certainly, there are occasions when you exert yourselves. There is a deadline. You want to keep your job. An employee doesn’t come in, and you have to work a double shift. You are a doctor on call, and you give up much of your time to the care of others. You are a mother, and sometimes mothers work around the clock.
