It is not enough to think we have found love. The world is full of people who think and hope they have found it.

The depth of their so-called love is no deeper than their bodies and the over-stimulation of their emotions. They lack the knowing necessary to weather the storms of love’s healing adventures.

To them, love is an idea in the mind and a fantasy. It goes no deeper than emotion.

Real love is like an artist with a beautiful vision they want to put on canvas for all to see. It starts as a knowing vision between two people and blossoms over time into a rich and intimate union of mind, body, and consciousness.

Love comes unannounced and usually when all hope is gone. It is natural and deeper than any emotion. True love is always tested and at times, it seems it could be lost, but to those who have learned the mystery of love, life, and themselves, they realize it is just another opportunity to heal and face the fears we all carry inside.

Love and truth are not a destination, but a process of realization, in which we know that we know, even if we are not sure how.

You have self-healing properties. Healing energy from the universe is used by the mind, body and spirit to heal itself. Spiritual healers do not themselves heal, they are the catalyst for healing by opening the gateway for inflowing intelligent healing energy. Everything we see around us is created from universal (prana) energy. We need this energy in abundance in order to survive. We eat, drink and breath in order to obtain the energies or catalysts for energies required for physical survival, but our spirit body too needs nourishment.

When vital energies grow low, they are replenished during sleep to a certain extent. Our spirit body also absorbs energy from the earth. However, vital energies can grow exceptionally low at times, and top-ups are needed. Prana energy makes up everything we see around us including ourselves. So, when ailments and imbalances occur such as physical or mental illness, concentrated amounts of prana can produce healing effects – hence the term 'healing energy'...

HJ: When we live in the flow, we let go of how we think life should be and invite the unlimited possibility of the moment into our life.  If we are attached to how things should be, rather than letting them unfold organically, we miss all kinds of opportunities for expansion and growth that are only available to someone open to whatever the flow brings them in the moment.

You never know what a person, experience or circumstance is going to lead you to.  Your mind cannot comprehend the infinite possibilities available to you at any given moment.  The mind is finite and can only see a few steps ahead at best.  But the things you seek may be 10 steps ahead and so in order to find them, you must be in the flow.  This means letting go and following your excitement instead of what you think is the right way.  It means tuning into your emotional guidance system, also known as your intuition as your main driving force forward in life.
