It’s not always where you are in life, but who you have by your side that matters.

“How do I know if I’m in the right relationship or not?”

This is one of the most common questions our coaching clients ask us.  And after Angel and I listen to the specifics of their situation, we often toss a question back at them to further clarify their thoughts and expectations.  For instance:

“What do you think a “right relationship” should provide for the people in it?”

Although the answer here is obviously subjective, in all relationships, romantic and platonic alike, there are some clear signs that things are going well.  So today, let’s take a look at some signs you’re in the “right relationship,” and corresponding tips that could potentially help you make a “wrong relationship” right:

1. No games are being played...

I constantly come across individuals not knowing the difference between organic food and food that’s riddled with pesticides, that’s why awareness is so important. A recent study conducted by researchers from RMIT university, published in the journal Environmental Research found that an organic diet for just one week significantly reduced pesticide (commonly used in conventional food production) exposure in adults. (1)

Thirteen participants were randomly selected to consume a diet consisting of at least 80% organic or conventional food for precisely 7 days, afterwards crossing over to the alternative diet from which they started. Urinary levels were used for analysis. The study found that urinary dialkylphosphates (DAPs) measurements were 89% lower when they ate an organic diet for seven days compared to a conventional diet for the same amount of time...

Even as loving is the mastery of the world, you see absence of love too often and fullness of love too seldom. If you look at the newspaper, you understand Me clearly. If you have ever felt abandonment, you understand Me clearly. If you have ever felt unloved or unappreciated, you understand Me clearly. If you have ever felt misused or taken advantage of, you understand Me clearly. If you have ever disliked someone, you understand Me clearly. If you have ever felt sorry for yourself, you understand Me clearly. As a giver of love or recipient of it, you know what love feels like and you know very well what absence of love feels like.
 
Love does not have to be proved. You don’t have to prove your love to anyone, and there is no one who has to prove his love to you, nor do you have to prove that no one loves you. Have you not perhaps spent enough time and energy on your own sense of being unloved and unfairly treated? You might do well to get out of all the compunction you have for yourself, and put some attention on loveliness. Put on some new glasses, beloveds.
 
A tradesman has to take pride in his work, or his work will be sloppy. In order to do good work, a tradesman has to attend to what he is doing. He can’t take the line of least resistance. No matter if he has been heralded as a master craftsman, he still has to take pains with his work. He has to pay attention to details. He has to measure. He has to cut straight lines. He doesn’t leave his work up to chance. Is there anyone who would not agree with this?
 

Those who pride themselves in spiritual attainment are not aware. They serve the spiritual ego and the imagination.

Awareness is empty of pride and attainment and not worn like a medal on the ego and mind.

Pure essence of being is the nature of awareness, unfolding into our true identity within our truth.

It is the god part of us living in the vehicle of our humanness, and saying, “Come home to truth.”
