I'm rather skeptical of anything that comes from Lockheed Martin, they're a huge part of the military-industrial complex, but this is interesting nonetheless:

This signals an exceptional corporate push to develop something so of tremendous importance for the future of human kind.

The present nuclear program relies on fission, the splitting of atoms in order to produce nuclear energy, which is exceptionally dangerous, producing a global infrastructure of aging power plants and radioactive waste disposal facilities...

People who meditate grow bigger brains than those who don’t.

Researchers at Harvard, Yale, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology have found the first evidence that meditation can alter the physical structure of our brains. Brain scans they conducted reveal that experienced meditators boasted increased thickness in parts of the brain that deal with attention and processing sensory input.

In one area of gray matter, the thickening turns out to be more pronounced in older than in younger people. That’s intriguing because those sections of the human cortex, or thinking cap, normally get thinner as we age.

“Our data suggest that meditation practice can promote cortical plasticity in adults in areas important for cognitive and emotional processing and well-being,” says Sara Lazar, leader of the study and a psychologist at Harvard Medical School...

Dear Ones, if you could simply start to see events in your life expression as an energetic sorting process, you would stop taking things so personally.

You are constantly being presented with energies that you can then decide match you and make you feel good and supported, or not. Your energetic preferences will continue to shift and refine in reflection of your energetic state. This explains why relationships, jobs, friendships, interests, even where you live, may change. It is not punishment, you have not done something wrong – if an element is no longer in resonance with you it will become too difficult to stay with.

You do not need to make grand declarations about this either! Sometimes relationships split apart and both people grow back into resonance and reunite down the road. If a situation makes you feel uncomfortable and you’ve done your best, it doesn’t mean you were bad, or should have tried harder, or failed. It simply means it is not flowing energetically, that it is not a match to your unique vibration at that time.

You are always growing and expanding, shifting and evolving. That is the beauty of being a human being on the planet! It is natural and wonderful that the energies will continue to shift around you to reflect that.
