Many people wonder how they can have gratitude when so much in the world can seem to be going wrong. Some people think they need to be grateful even for what is not what they desire. While it is true that all experiences lead to your expansion, please do not put pressure on yourselves to be grateful for what is showing up in your experience that is not your preference. That would feel inauthentic to you, and we wish you to always be true to how you really feel.

Gratitude is an energetic sorting tool. It is how you give your feedback to the universe, and how you steer your flow. It is utilizing the incredible power of your focus to choose where you wish to go and what you wish to experience more of. It is how you water and grow what is desired, and withdraw your energy from what is not. It is how you consciously expand your experiences.

Do you see? Your focus is your blessing of continuation. Your gratitude is how you choose and anchor what is working for you and is a beautiful acknowledgement to a universe that only seeks to serve you and your free will.
