Beloved, you are the Oneness from which all Blessings from God flow. It is God We thank from the bottom of Our Hearts from which all the blessings that flow. If you wish to know which practices are most restorative to you, they are the ones that give you relaxed but focused attention.  These are the activities that allow you to be fully engaged and come with the experience of time distortion (feeling like no time has passed only to discover that it has been much longer than you realized).

The reason for this is that activity has shifted you into a space of connection and alignment with higher vibrational energies. These energies are restorative, so restorative in fact that the body stops aging while in those energies, and also has an opportunity to recover and recharge.

Being awake yet relaxed is also essential for some energetic adjustments to occur. (This is the reason many of you are being woken in the middle of the night. Creating the space for energetic adjustment to occur during the day may very well improve your sleep!) It is also the easiest way for most of you to embrace surrender and flow.

So as you continue this year with a focus on prioritizing where you would like to place your attention and create from, we highly advise that you make more time for the practices that take you beyond time, for that is the space that will set you up to thrive in all areas of your life. ~Archangel Gabriel through Shelley Young

You are not always meant to be solemn. Laugh, and then laugh again. You can even giggle. Enjoy. Have a picnic. Enjoy your children. You don’t always have to have a laugh a minute. A laugh one in every five minutes, and you’re off to a good start.

Healing begins with you.  If you are repeating your ‘story’, re-living the slights and gathering energy from anyone who will listen…this is not healing.  Bemoaning the fact that ‘no one has helped you’ is perpetuating a cycle.  The Universe has always been there; helping, guiding and supporting you.  You have always been given a choice to receive that assistant or move past it.  Look around you, darling one…change and healing is everywhere!  Take hold of it and begin!  You are ready! ~ Creator

There is a perception among many human beings that if you don’t have a lot of time to devote to something there is no point in doing it. This is simply not true!

Just as even a ten minute meditation can have a profound impact on your health and well-being, so it is with any kind of focused attention and connection, even if it is for a short amount of time. Practicing something you wish to get better at for ten minutes will still move you forward.

Writing for ten minutes a day will soon add up to a chapter, and eventually a book. Moving your body for ten minutes a day will still have wonderful health benefits. And taking the time to truly connect with your partner, even if it is only for ten minutes, will nurture and grow your relationship.

The benefit of committing ten minutes to something that is important to you is that it gets you started. You may find once you begin it feels so good you will naturally stay in that flow and give it more time. It prioritizes that activity, making it as important as the other many things you have going on in your daily life. It allows you to put your desires into practice right away, without the need for a huge commitment of your time.
