It does not matter whether you are conscious right now about who you are or whether you are aware of the ascension process. You all are alive in the Consciousness of the  Creator Who is Pure Love and Light.

Even if the information of the new creation has not yet manifested in your body-mind, all Are, even if still asleep, in the womb of the Divine.

The longest battle we will ever wage is with ourselves. We will never stop finding something in ourselves or about our lives that needs attention or is worth challenging. And sometimes we have no choice but to confront ourselves. Sometimes, as in the case of a serious health diagnosis, it literally is a matter of life or death.

Human nature has to be one of the most utterly brilliant acts of creation under the sun. The human body is an astonishing system of survival mechanisms that activate immediately when certain system failures occur. You could spend a lifetime studying the micro and macro biological and chemical systems that engage when stress signals are transmitting in the body. We also have psychological and emotional survival mechanisms. These are a bit more complex in that they can work in our favor or end up contributing to our pain and suffering.

Greetings, Dear Ones! How pleased and honoured we are to be with you today, in this first group meeting since you have landed up in this very different, very new, very sacred space. We honour you for making the time to be here to anchor in the energies of the group today and, of course, when we say group, we mean not only those who are in the room at this time but also those who will be enjoying this transmission on your internet at a later time.

Welcome to the new age, Dear Ones. Here you are. We are so very proud, so very excited that you have landed in these new energies, and they are very new and very different, indeed. Many have felt that nothing changed. They thought that not much happened with your pivotal alignment and nothing could be further from the truth.

Did you ever have a meditation that just seemed to alter everything.  It takes you to a place that is so deep within alternate realities, alternate universes, choice points that allows you to choose again and once you enter and choose a different outcome, there is no returning back to the reality you have been living.  Welcome to my meditation yesterday and my ongoing present moment this morning.

Many have incarnated here with many options, and choices before they came into body, and yet, you who are here now on Earth have chosen to show up in human form. You may have cellular blending of other beings within your DNA, and you may embody many lineages, yet, you are holding human form.  Being human is no small feat. It requires a great deal of strength and light to live in these limited bodies here on Earth with the day to day struggles the illusion can sometimes reflect. This message today is to support and commend you for all you have done. You are a keeper of great light. You are indeed a grand being to have come here.

It is an energetic fact of life that whenever we commit to a new intention everything within us that is not in alignment with that new intention comes up. It comes up because it is responding to our intention. It comes up so that we can acknowledge it, address it, learn anything we are yet to learn from it, and finally transform or release it. Our new intention can thus manifest without any self-sabotage or blocks in the way. So this ‘coming up’ is a good thing, but as it comes up we can feel suffocated by the dust it is raising and this feels to us like a ‘bad’ thing.
