Hello we come from your inner planet known to you as Agartha. We are physical as you however we have advanced into a higher dimension, one that you reading this are transitioning into in each moment of the now. As you release your fears, your judgments, your feelings of lack you now can feel as we do of the spiritual realms. Morning Message 11-22-12

Our biggest challenge now is to let “IT” in. I am not sure what IT is, but it is of a very high frequency and different than anything I have ever felt. At first IT feels like fatigue. However, if I just take a deep breath and surrender to the sensation that I have labeled fatigue, the energy field morphs into something that feels very good, almost blissful.

Imagine

Let go of any small thought for yourself and others. See yourself succeeding in any endeavour that you choose to focus on. Imagine it as happening in the most grandest of fashion, even bigger, more elaborate than you can than you can possible imagine. And as you do this, remember the exhilarating feeling that you feel and carry that energy with you. Every time you think of that desire, or take a step towards it, invoke that feeling.

 
Send positive thoughts for the changes that you seek as well as the fulfillment of your wishes. Ask the angels for help and they will fan the sparks of potential and bring them to life. Let your angels work on the details while you focus on the joy of having it.

 
Be at peace regardless. Angel wisdom reminds you that you can hover in the eye of any hurricanes that may swirl around you right now. Through breath and intention, you can stay centered regardless of what's happening in your life. This inner foundation of peace has a very power healing effect. As this happens, your outer life begins to reflect your inner one. Be at peace to ensure a peaceful outcome.

Beloved Friends!

We can do all kinds of spiritual practices. We can work with our body-mind to develop qualities, such as gratefulness, forgiveness, equanimity, kindness, and so on. We can mindfully construct shields around our body-mind or open willfully our chacras, inside and below and above our body, we can use Sacred Geometry and construct the Merkabah. We  can just be very busy, stressing the mind and our visions. Or we can worship Gods, Angels, Higher Dimensional Beings, we can work with Breath and the energies of Planetary Beings.

But when we are using the quality of Love it seems that it is a Teacher we need ultimately to surrender to. We cannot construct Love with our mind, although we can ignite a spark in our heart, that is waiting in  every human heart to be awakened to become a flame.

I am sooooo feeling this right now, and I know many, many clients, friends and family members are, too. I’ve posted before about Ascension Symptoms and Solar Flares, and we have had some doozies lately. People almost can’t keep pace with all the upgrades. I originally posted this article way back in May 2012, but conversations I have been having this past week, (and the physical, mental, and emotional symptoms that have been hammering me) made me realize that it’s time to repost it.

The energies of change are a swirling vortex that is sweeping us up, to surf the eddies and flow of the tides that are washing over us and through us.
