Greetings dear ones we come to guide and support as we have done so far during this harmonisation and ascension process. Many of you are now releasing emotion at levels you have never experienced before and we are here to help you address that which may be playing out within your human life experience. It may be that your eyes feel dulled to the sparkle of the new for the old energies are trying to use the smoke and mirrors of the teachings of distortion to have you believe that nothing has changed on planet earth, that nothing will change on planet earth and dear ones this is simply NOT TRUTH.

Once more we guide you strongly to FEEL the new earth, it is not to be found in your newspapers or in your media for they are still bound by the old energies and these energies will try to continue for as long as they can. But dear ones it is inevitable that a full release of the old will occur across and within the planet for the energy signature of the entire planet has now changed and shifted. This is a time of recalibration, both for your human vehicles and for the systems that are in operation throughout human society. For ALL is vibration and now these vibrations seek to harmonise.

We see that today we have a curious mix of personal energies to discuss with you.  Many of you are experiencing what could only be called a lull or pause.  Others are wondering where all this negativity has come from suddenly.  Some few are still feeling as if they are running full speed uphill.  It is all the same circumstance with varying symptoms, my friends.  Would you like a metaphor that would explain how all of that could possibly be similar?

You are at a stage right now that is like that of a person who is packed and ready to go on a long journey.  What invariably happens at that point?  You might drop into your favorite chair and say, “Whew!  That is done.”  That would be the pause.  Perhaps you started a tiny bit late.  You would be running around and grabbing things to take at the last minute.  Or perhaps you would be done packing and would walk around checking each room for things you had forgotten and looking also to see what, perhaps, you could leave out of that heavy bag.  That is exactly what you are doing energetically at his time.  Rather than spend time worrying about what is going on then, enjoy your pause, lighten your load, or take stock of yourselves.

Dear ones, again we lovingly greet you in these times of much seeming chaos.  It is the clearing of old and dense energies that present as the storms and weather related issues  you are seeing on dear Gaia.  Gaia is a living soul, not a piece of dirt to be used as a dumping ground and endless resource.  She has chosen to ascend out of these dense and debilitating energies.  Like you, she too must release and clear that which is  still  held within her energy field in order to bring in the higher dimensional light.  These events are also serving to bring people out of the dense hypnotism of their current addictions to technology.  When these events happen, people  begin  to once again interact and speak to each other in caring and loving ways, instead of allowing themselves to be isolated within technology which only serves to separate.

The Arcturian Group today wishes to speak of love and how it is the connecting  energy between all living things.  We see so much distortion of the word love. Everything in life is interpreted through the state of consciousness of the individual.  As with all truth, love has been and still is being largely interpreted  ignorantly  through false concepts and beliefs. These then in turn, manifest outwardly in the gross and  distorted forms  of “love” still present throughout the world.

As the days flow by so quickly now, each of you is being assisted on every level of your Being to assimilate the new frequencies as quickly and with as much grace and ease as is possible. Many of you are experiencing a recurring of old repetitive cycles of thought and feeling that you thought you had successfully overcome and we say that what is most important to remember is to recognize these cycles and immediately switch your thought to something that brings a smile and perhaps laughter to your Soul, as feelings of joy within can bring about an amazing change in One’s outlook on life and can help overcome and dissipate these recurring patterns.
