Greetings dear ones we come to guide and support as we have done so far during this harmonisation and ascension process. Many of you are now releasing emotion at levels you have never experienced before and we are here to help you address that which may be playing out within your human life experience. It may be that your eyes feel dulled to the sparkle of the new for the old energies are trying to use the smoke and mirrors of the teachings of distortion to have you believe that nothing has changed on planet earth, that nothing will change on planet earth and dear ones this is simply NOT TRUTH.

Once more we guide you strongly to FEEL the new earth, it is not to be found in your newspapers or in your media for they are still bound by the old energies and these energies will try to continue for as long as they can. But dear ones it is inevitable that a full release of the old will occur across and within the planet for the energy signature of the entire planet has now changed and shifted. This is a time of recalibration, both for your human vehicles and for the systems that are in operation throughout human society. For ALL is vibration and now these vibrations seek to harmonise.

2012 is the division of the ways. It will become ever more obvious that you must choose one of two predominant realities after the cosmic cycles end and new cycles begin on December 21st, 2012. Here are your options for the two realities.

Reality 1: Hang on to Old Reality consciousness and become immersed in its crumbling facade and deepening devastation. This reality will be filled with mounting evidence that the old ways of seeing the world are no longer functional.

Reality 2: Align yourself with the uplifting grace of New Reality consciousness and its inherent sense of the new, the hopeful and the inspired. Align yourself with its enormous potential to build a new and better world.

These two realities are like two ships waiting to leave port. Both ships have raised steam; their propulsion turbines are at rest, yet poised with potential and ready to push the massive ships forward.

We are in the home stretch now.  We know it.  We feel it.  This Really is Something, this  Really is ‘It.’  So many millions have been preparing for millennia, centuries, decades, years, days & hours  –  some consciously  -  most unknowingly innocently  -  all to be ready the final inward turn of time’s evolutionary Fibonacci spiral…

In more familiar terms, the months of November and December 2012!!!

A time spiral spanning over a billion years of the journey of consciousness in the fields of form.

What is it we are supposed to have learned from this long and arduous journey?

To See as God Sees.

To Feel as God Feels.

To Love as God Loves.

This is the true purpose of Ascension.

Scientific studies have suggested that a mind that is present and in the moment indicates well-being, whereas shifting our energy to the past or future can lead to unhappiness. Now, a preliminary UCSF study shows a link between mind wandering and aging, by looking at a biological measure of longevity within our DNA.

In the study, telomere length, an emerging biomarker for cellular and general bodily aging, was assessed in association with the tendency to be present in the moment versus the tendency to mind wander, in research on 239 healthy, midlife women ranging in age from 50 to 65 years.

Being present in the moment was defined as an inclination to be focused on current tasks, while mind wandering was defined as the inclination to have thoughts about things other than the present or being elsewhere.
