This month we are going to talk about a few "R's", and returning to balance. It has been a tumultuous time for us North America with an earthquake (I did feel the earth move and share that later) on the west and a hurricane on the east. A time of cleansing and reviewing what is really important to us (us as whole, we the people). 

Mercury goes retrograde on the 6th (ending on the 26th), so you have a few days to get ready. This means that we will be entering the holiday season in a far different mode than normal. Where I am, winter has already started, with snow and cold temperatures, so I am feeling the desire to hibernate right now anyway. Set your intent to enter this period knowing you are going to just go about your business slowly and methodically and that you are not going to get caught up in any frenzy of other's creation. 

Nurture yourself always

You are at your best when you are taken care of and no one can do it quite like you. Take time out of your busy schedule and get a massage, a pedicure, an energy healing session, an aromatherapy-sea salt bath, take a walk in the park or anything that feels like you are taking a break and treating yourself special. This helps to keep your energy levels higher and therefore less susceptible to outside forces. By this we mean the energy of others.
 
 
It serves your spiritual and personal growth to take regular time outs for yourself. Release any thoughts, cares or worries and just be in the moment. Feel the love and connection you have with everything and everyone around you. It sometimes helps to understand another when you try to see the world from their perspective and not outward appearance. Take care of each other as if you are a precious crystal, for that is indeed what you are and take care of yourself today.

Storm Sandy

Storm Sandy was an incredibly powerful event and we all know what the physical aspects were of this amazing and devastating storm. Sandy is a true agent of change, birthed of wind and water, sweeping through previously perceived stable environments, wreaking havoc, chaos and destruction in its wake. There are always consequences to a catastrophic event, and its aftermath sends energetic shock waves throughout the whole planet, not just those who were physically present and engaged.

As we near the end of this year with all of its predictions of massive change, what comes to mind is a need to shut down the computer of life as it currently functions and take it off line in order to install a new operating system. This new system is a vibrational improvement but the process creates a temporary chaos where things cease to function.

You are sentient energy beings of enormous power and creative abilities who have chosen for a short while to limit yourselves severely within the illusory environment in which you are presently experiencing life.  You have the ability to manifest your presence anywhere you choose, and you are there as soon as you make that choice.  Where you are now is the result of a choice that you made and continue to adhere to.  You always have the freedom to change your mind, and you will shortly choose to awaken into Reality, leaving the illusion and all the psychic and emotional baggage that you gathered while you were there to fade away, forgotten and unnoticed.
