Icelanders back first ‘crowdsourced constitution’

   Iceland residents voted overwhelmingly in favour of a new Constitution written by a Constitutional Council of 25 citizens who gathered feedback through social media. 

 

The ballot, which is non-binding, included six questions written by the Constitutional Council, to which voters could either respond ‘yes’ or ‘no’. The vote was held on Saturday (19 October).

The process to draft a new constitution began after the country's 2008 financial meltdown prompted calls for reforms (see background).

A new basic law is due to replace the existing Constitution from 1944, which is largely inspired by the Danish constitution of the time and is seen as anachronism. Iceland used to be a colony of Denmark.

Soft Disclosure Department: U.S. News & World Report on Pilots and UFOs

Ann~Here’s one recent MSM story that illustrates continuing “soft” disclosure. Notice the remarkable absence of the usual tone of ridicule that, until recently, has covered this subject with an impenetrable patina of disguised denial. Instead, the article points out that professional pilots don’t often report their UFO sightings because they “fear ridicule and potential damage to their careers”!

My dear, you are working so hard to fulfill your mission. Do not despair: though obstacles are put in your way, nothing will prevent the outcome. It was predicted hundreds of years ago that this would happen when the timing was right. It is inevitable. The time for this great change is now. The power of the 99% demanding change cannot be ignored. Up to now, they have been slaves to the minority, but they can now see the corruption for what it is, and they no longer want to be part of it. They are now seeing themselves as Sovereign Beings with freedom as their divine right.
