Dearest friends at the Galactic Free Press i was moved by the meditation on the 21st and wanted to thank you very much for being so accessible and congratulate you on the great turn out, you have touched many hearts.
As a thank you and as guided during that meditation i would like to share a poem with you and your subscribers should you see fit.It was channeled through my father Ralph Ticehurst who is a great healer working in Stamford Lincolnshire U.K. it came through on Feb 14th 1995 after the death of his and his wife Janet's great friend Andrea.Like yourselves Andrea was a journalist of the highest integrity and as such this poem is a tribute to her and remains Copyright of my father Ralph Ticehurst of the Ticehurst Healing Clinic, but please everybody feel free to circulate and share it but with acnowledgment to both, i hope that it helps others as much as it has helped me over the years, although i am only starting to see the full meaning of its words, it ha become a mantra to me in times of doubt and when tiredness creeps in.

X-FLARE: New sunspot AR1598 has erupted again. On Oct. 23rd at 0322 UT, Earth orbiting satellites detected a strong X1-class solar flare. NASA's Solar Dynamics Observatory recorded the extreme ultraviolet flash:

Radiation from the flare created waves of ionization in the upper atmosphere over Asia and Australia (the daylit side of Earth) and possibly HF radio blackouts at high latitudes. The blast did not, however, produce a significant coronal mass ejection (CME). No auroras are expected to result from this event.

This is the 4th significant flare from AR1598 since it emerged over the southeastern limb only three days ago. This means more flares are probably in the offing, and they will become increasingly Earth-directed as the sunspot turns toward our planet in the days ahead. Stay tuned for updates. What an exciting time to be alive!  Some days it seems that December is creeping up so fast, time is just zooming past me.  I wanted to share with everyone my feeling of happiness and excitement about this time right now.  I sense that all over the world that there are many that are feeling scared and uneasy about what is to come.  I have never once felt that something horrible is going to happen or that my family is in danger.  It is like an excited birthday feeling or the feeling before a super fun vacation.  But even bigger than that, because we have the surprise factor, big time!  I have a very big feeling about the date November 11th.  Perhaps some major disclosure will happen that day.  I look forward to seeing what does happen!  I was prompted to share these feelings by the realization of really how close we are to December.  I knew it, but to really think about it and absorb what it means, I felt I had to express this excitement and happiness!  I feel the whole World should be in celebration for what is to come.  I will start with my own little family, from here on out, it's party time!!!!  Love and light to you all :)
