The largest public protests, rallies and demonstrations that the world has ever seen are happening right now - with almost no media coverage. Not only is there a blackout on these events in the media, but youtube is frequently removing footage of these mass rallies and events when requested to do so by governments: 'Google, the owner of You Tube, has complied with the majority of requests from governments, particularly in the United States and the UK, not only to remove You Tube videos, but also specific web search terms and thousands of “data requests,” meaning demands for information that would reveal the true identity of a You Tube user.' These events are truly inspiring and should be front page news! Yet mainstream media is working with governments to keep people uninformed and disempowered.

This is why I give my bowl to you. I offer my bowl to you in love and in service to our Creator, the Creator of everything that we enjoy and that we use to allow us to grow ever stronger, wiser and more learned as we continue our journey through this magnificent universe that our Creator has designed, created and offered us to allow us to experience ourselves and discover who it is we truly are. We, the Galactic Federation of Light, who are your friends and who are your family from many years past, have now come here to rejoin you and to offer our assistance to help you on your journey which is now reaching the point where you will experience some of your greatest challenges and tests to your strength, to your determination, to your resolve, to your spirit.

 

You do not have to accept our help. You are perfectly free to decline, as no one is forcing anything upon you. You enjoy the luxury of the right of free will and choice in this universe and we would never ask you to relinquish this privilege. I think I do!] I have this message to give:  This day of the summer solstice is the beginning of the New Earth in earnest. Her preparations for this time are complete and all is on its divine schedule. Now all will know a truth of love and light on their journey of self expression. It is without exception that every soul on Earth is given its true origin as a Divine Master. How you decide to wear this experience is of your choosing. Give your heart permission to run the show, it is more than capable, for you all are Me and Creator in the form of You. It is only the illusion of 3-D life that supported your belief otherwise. Changing sleep patterns: restlessness, hot feet, waking up two or three times a night.


Feeling tired after you wake up and sleepy off and on during the day. There is something called the Triad Sleep Pattern that occurs for many: you sleep for about 2-3 hours, wake up, go back to sleep for another couple of hours, wake again, and go back to sleep again. For others, the sleep requirements have changed. You can get by on less sleep. Lately I have been experiencing huge waves of energy running into my body from the crown. It feels good, but it keeps me awake for a long time, then subsides.
