First Quarter Moon Phase

Today's energy is about appearances.  This will take shape with some people showing themselves as "more" than they really are or trying to keep up an appearance of being a certain way.  People will emulate what they want to be.  This can be a good thing because sometimes we have to mentally project ourselves out there to get there (fake it until we make it).  The trouble with this, however, depends on what the intentions are based on.  If we are projecting something that is true or real on the inside, this will go smoothly.  But if we are concerned only with externals (ego), this will be a disaster.  Today is going to press on people's feelings about their appearance.  The energy is very externally-based, meaning the focus tends to be outside of ourselves and reliant upon what others think.  We don't want to go that route.  Wise owls maintain their locus of control inside of themselves.  We bring forth internal beauty which then radiates externally.  Shift your focus to the inside and to what really matters in life (the kind of person you are).  This is where true beauty (and power) lies.  Judging ourselves against external standards of the matrix (the mass illusion) leads only to insanity.  If you start to struggle today, turn inward toward your heart center where your love for nature and the planet resides.  This sustains sanity.
