STAY TUNED TO THE HAARP STATUS REPORT, it's quite accurate although I can't vouch for the source. It always matches the dark blue "blobs" seen on the Tropopause Report. And the Tropopause report matches up with the Jet Stream report for weather centers, so far anyway.
