In this day and age as the energies intensify, many of us are called to get out of our comfort zone, question consensus reality and the world we live in. We look for answers to deeper life questions, our individual purpose and role as we embark on the process of seeking truth within and without. Once you take the “red pill” it can become a lonely road at times and it is harder to relate to people we used to be around who don’t question what we’ve been told and taught via official cult-ure. The more we de-program ourselves from cultural, social, and religious conditioning, the less we “fit in” with the sleeping masses. We experience break-downs and separations of relationships and friendships. This is normal in light of the process of awakening.

We invite you now to quiet your mind, letting loose any concerns of the day. Retreat to a quiet space where it is least likely you will be disturbed. Being in nature is optimal, we highly recommend sitting against large trees. Get into a comfortable position. Allow your body to relax. Pay attention to your breathing. Take a deep breath in, hold it a moment, and then let your breath out fully. Repeat this at least two more times. Once you feel your body starting to release tension, go into your normal breathing pattern.

One aspect of the Day Keeper Kan is the seeding of New Beginnings. Is there something new in your life that you would like to experience?  Choose one thought and give it your full attention. Push away any distracting thoughts. Visualize yourself experiencing whatever it is you have chosen.

The key to this exercise is to use all your senses while you are visualizing what it is you wish to experience. Begin to ask your inner Self for guidance on steps to take to achieve this goal. Ask for support and it will come to you in many ways. Know that you are the master of your thoughts and experiences. You can choose whatever you wish; you have the power within your being.

Waking Times

There is a simple reason why science has a very naive understanding of ourselves and our universe. It can only discover correlations, not causation. It does not have a concept of quantum measurements. It has no tools to measure quantum fields. Since everything in the universe happens at a quantum level, science as we know it is only able to breach concepts originating from how relationships function at a rudimentary level, but not why those relationships exist. Science and its conclusions are one-dimensional and there lies its greatest limitation and ignorance, and thus it will never supersede what humans already know about themselves.Science is so far behind simple empirical observation, so far behind the actual functioning of the human body, so far behind anything remotely relating to the understanding of ourselves and our universe because it can’t assess the subatomic forces that guide all matter. Science can’t even measure a quantum field or the functioning of more than 90% of our DNA and yet we expect it to be able to determine what a cure is? It is not conceptual so it can’t.

God said:

There are times when you would rather be alone than in the presence of anyone else. There are times when you feel hampered or held back by the presence of even friends. There are times when others break your train of thought or seem to impose upon your life just by being there.

On the other hand, when you feel all alone and don’t want to be, you may feel forlorn and unloved. You may not even know whose companionship you want and, yet you know you are without it. You are certain that you are supposed to have it. Something is missing from your life that should be here for you. Sometimes you feel like the loneliest person in the world.

Sometimes you may feel that I, God, am a poor substitute for a live person beside you. You may crave My Presence, yet you want Me to take the initiative. You would like Me to loom large favorably in your life and make Myself known. You hesitate. Sometimes I don’t feel real to you. To you, I am far away, other-worldly, perhaps not really here.

What happens in life sometimes is that you want to sulk alone and ponder all the wishes you have all in a row, wishes that are not fulfilled and that you may have decided to keep at bay. And so you want and don’t want at the same time. You push and pull, pull and push. You bemoan the loss of what you push away. You might like to evade heartbreak at any cost.

Dear Ones, there is an art to honouring what is best for you in a way that is kind to others. Understand that some people may have become very accustomed to you acting a certain way, and may react strongly to change. This does not mean you should deny what is right for you to appease another, but you can find a way to honour yourself AND be able to honour the people who are resistant to the change. Be kind and gentle. Explain that you are following your heart and inner guidance, but still love and care deeply about them and their feelings. Understand change can be very difficult for others.

Often times if you have denied yourself for a very long time, moving into what you want can seem sudden and unexpected. You may have done things that are very uncharacteristic for you, acting out because you have neglected your true wants and needs for so long. This is why it is so important to listen to and honour your own self consistently because denial of self will often end in reactive behaviour that can be hurtful and not in line with how you would prefer to be.

It’s an option. It’s always an option, a choice. We can submit to outside influences or we can be driven by the truth we know in our hearts. We can honor life, creativity, love, cooperation and unity or we can let would-be controllers make our decisions and set our courses of action for us.

Who hasn’t witnessed this mindless humdrum called “normal” human existence and been bewildered? We’ve seen it in ourselves and those we observe walking in the repetitive monotony of life. Socially and economically maintaining an existence on this planet is so completely contrived, deliberately backbreaking and monotonous you really have to wonder why more people don’t wake up and rebel against this insanity.

It’s pathetic when you come right down to it.
