Roughly 8 million tons of plastic finds its way into our oceans every year. It effects our eco system in a massive way as fish and marine life often mistake debris for food. Plastic and other garbage has become so rampant that a study found 25% of fish in California and Indonesia contained some sort of particulate pollution in their guts.

Plastic pollution won’t disappear overnight, but it can be used as a symbol to inspire people to be conscious of what they use and throw away. WashedAshore.org is a non-profit based in Oregon.

It was well-known that one of the secondary mechanisms of actions of glyphosate was that it tended to cause the plant to become infected with opportunistic soil pathogens.

A common question we get asked is, “How do I surrender?” We would like to address that today.

Surrender is completely letting go of resistance. It is a pure, heart-centered intention to allow yourself to be led to your highest good. It is taking the supported path of ease. It is moving willingly where the signs and synchronicities point you. But more than anything else, it is a declaration, a commitment to stay out of your own way, and to begin to work with the assistance that an entire universe is waiting with bated breath for the opportunity to give you.

Simply take a quiet moment, and with your whole heart declare to whatever divine source feels comfortable to you, “I surrender”, and allow yourself to enter into the flow of unconditional love and support. However much I’ve written this before, it bears repeating. Everyone is invited to take part in this revolution, and in my opinion, everyone needs to participate if we want to do anything real with it.

Whether you realize it or not, the world needs you to contribute in the ways that only you can. The world needs your unique brand of light, and now’s a better time than ever to show people what you can do.

You can (and should) be a part of this movement, because you have something significant to give. You have the awesome power of love (provided you can tap into it), and this is something to not only celebrate, but use to help the world evolve.

God said:

One purpose of your life must be for delving into this mystery called life.

You can know that your purpose in life is to serve Me which is the same as to serve the Universe and everyone in it. One purpose may seem grander than another, yet that is not the way I see it. Purpose is purpose. The little boy who put his finger in the dike in Holland had a purpose. His purpose was to keep a flood at bay.

In the world, a purpose holds a certain weight, and another purpose is less and another greater, yet this is not how I see it. Every purpose is great. You are worthwhile. I say it again: You are worthwhile. YOU ARE WORTHWHILE.

What was that fable about the lion who was great and a rat who was small, and, yet, when the great lion had been caught in a trap, the rat chewed the rope that had kept the lion captured, and so it was the rat who set the mighty lion free. Every purpose is great, and every event is great, from the biggest to the smallest, no matter how the world sees it.

You serve no matter what the cost. I bring this up because I would like to suggest that you don't have to associate cost with service. Why? Dear Ones, why include the concept of cost with the service you give to the Universe? Neither pain nor suffering create exalted service.

Yes, of course, pain itself may serve a purpose, yet pain does not serve better than freedom from pain. Pain is not necessary to make your service noble. You can be a saint without pain. Have the idea that you don't, absolutely don't need pain of any kind.

The universe and life draw people and situations into our lives at times to deal with the personal unconscious – the darkness we need to make conscious in ourselves before we can attain any higher spiritual states. Relationships are very powerful and challenging in that regard as we engage in the dance of shadow projection, triggering unconscious traits in each other.

When we are in the midst of challenging situations and life takes a downward spiral and everything seems to fall apart, it is hard to make sense of it all. The pain and suffering can be intense, resulting in depression, resentment, anger, guilt and shame. We feel resentment if we feel wronged by another person and we blame him/her for the pain they have caused us. Or we blame ourselves with guilt and shame of how bad of a person we are. So we judge others or ourselves, reacting mechanically and unconsciously.

Spirituality can be summed up by the understanding that beyond our surface perception exist infinite, blissful dimensions of consciousness to which we’ll return upon physical death, and most people not only use spirituality to try to reconnect with those realms while they’re still alive, but to make life fun and adventurous with assurance that consciousness continues after death.

No matter what we do on earth or how good or bad life is for us, we’ll eventually be away from all of it and back in a blissful place where we know we’re loved and accepted.

While we have a lot to do if we really want to change the world, spiritual evolution doesn’t require us to do anything at all.

It requires the simple recognition that our creator and higher consciousness are constantly with us, and we can call on them for strength and guidance when we struggle. It does require some commitment to the path we plan to walk, but the only real commitment lies in constantly surrendering the ego to that higher part of ourselves that can work through us with ease if we let it.

There are three transformational processes within the evolution of the Consciousness. These are, in fact, three levels of development. At these different levels of development the state and functions of the Consciousness show entirely different signs. If we are aware of these characteristic signs, we may easily recognize what state of development of the Consciousness we are in: ordinary Consciousness, awakening or the level of complete freedom.

1. The Level of Ordinary Consciousness

This is the lowest level of the evolutionary process of the Consciousness. Ordinary Consciousness is rooted in, and feeds on, past times. The present moment is less important for it, it is only a gateway leading to a future we long for. Future is nothing but an improved and beautified version of the past, a future in which we will be successful in the all the things in which we have failed in the past. For ordinary consciousness, only past and future exist, it lives in those and feeds on those.
